The property has many inclusions including plenty of cutlery and crockery. It also had nice touches like teabags, coffee pods, sugar, salt and pepper. There was even milk in the fridge! The location is serene, and there were kangaroos on the property when we were there. It is a quiet location and we were fully self-contained.

I can't fault it.

The facilities were as advertised. Everything we needed for a short stay. Gift of wine and snacks etc was very thoughtful. Coffee machine was great and milk was provided. We cooked a couple of meals and all went smoothly. Great location and easy drive to wineries etc over the weekend.

location , easy of use, comfortable country style, good air con. easy to access.

just two tinsy tiny minor items which the owners might like to rectify: 1) air con remote in bedroom (the one without the spa bath) was not functioning. it was able to switch OFF the air con but not turn it on or change mode, temp or fan speed. we got around it by just using the lounge remote for that bedroom. 2) also the one bedside lap in the same bedroom didn’t work. I could see how to click on the one closet to the bathroom, and that worked but I couldn’t click on the other lamp. maybe I was meant to pull the bed out and turn it on at a wall socket? I just didn’t want to damage the bed head. other than those two tiny minor items- Lilly Pilly cottage was super duper wonderful!

We loved the bush aspect, seeing the kangaroos in the morning and how private it felt. It was equiped with necessary items and some lovely extras.

We thought there would be a hot plate with pots/pans

Very quiet, spacious villa, comfy bed. Good a/c.

Awful TV remote - had to Google how to use it! Will bring our own next time. Rattling fridge, really annoying - turned it off eventually.

Beautiful, clean,excellent location. Very secure. Gave us extra treats and late check out. Very happy .

Excellent location on Hermitage near to vineyards and fine restaurants. Set in peaceful, open surroundings it is beautifully quiet. The suite was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with good facilities including a microwave and fridge.

It was very sanitized. When we stayed here eight years ago we were greeted by a charming owner with his dog and supplied with fresh breakfast supplies. This time we saw no one and were swamped by emails and instructions with no personal contact. Slightly disappointing.

It was a great room in a excellent secure location. Very close to the function we had to go to. System with gate / room entry worked well too.

Thank god for GPS. Hard to find at night. Didn't understand why I was asked to set up a bond facility on my card after I'd paid for the stay some time ago. Thought the texts requesting i call back to arrange were scams! Suggest you lock that in the same time as you pay at the beginning. The shower needs an upgrade as do soap / shampoo / conditioner dispensers. Recommend getting small travel sized tubes / bottles of soaps from local suppliers.

Great little house. Gas fire was so nice. Bedding was comfortable and easy check in with key and lock box. Nice little welcome pack on arrival. Great for a couple of days stay.

No oven

The location and the cottage were excellent. I liked that there were air cons in the main area and in the rooms. The bathrooms were really big and nice too. The seating areas in and out were lovely.

2GB of data is not enough internet nowadays- it should be more allowed but we just didn’t use it to avoid being charged. The beds were not very comfy. There was no oven in Lilly Pilly cottage but the booking said there was. Wish the back seating area was covered like the front :)
