Loved everything ❤️ Beautiful house, massive decking. It was just perfect. We wanted to stop forever, even considered losing our passports and squatting. But sadly we had to leave. Beautiful gardens, lovingly cared for.

Nothing it was perfect

Lovely location, tidy apartment, well equipped. Open areas round the accommodation had well placed seating.

Outside patio area should have been cleaned. Table a bit dirty and cigarette ends lying on the ground.

I loved my stay at Grapevines, I booked a Studio room which was open plan and spacious for a 3 night stay it was perfect, and the kitchenette was enough to get me through, it had a private patio to sit and relax watching the abundant wildlife on site, the grounds. gardens and views are spectacular, parking is located close to the Studio, there was a fabulous alfresco deck for use with BBQ overlooking the vineyards, the owners mum has a Succulent stall on site with gorgeous plants sale, which I couldn’t help myself and take a bit of memory from there home with me.

As it did rain throughout one of the days during my stay it would have been nice to have the use of laundry facilities, a washing machine and dryer to run my clothes through that got wet while out and about exploring all the the Hunter has to offer, instead I had to pack them into a plastic bag during my stay and bring home damp and musty. Don’t get me wrong.. the property owners cannot control the weather but this would have been a great benefit to have available.

The surrounding gardens were beautifully established. Although the other villas were occupied, we never heard any noise from the other guests. The location was very convenient, it was close to everything we needed. We were able to walk to the winery, restaurant, cafe and pub. The villa was clean, modern and fairly priced.

Can holders and more pillows would have been great.

Our studio room was stylish, spacious and super clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. What we loved most was the setting: stunning gardens with sweeping views and absolutely no noise other than the joyful chatter of birds. It was a perfect and much-needed tonic.

We loved everything! Andrew was a very responsive host and although we didn’t meet him we knew we could contact him if needed.

Lovely little studio style apartment in a beautiful setting. Close to a great pub and some lovely vineyards. The terrace area off the room was such a nice and quiet place to sit and have a drink. The bed and sofa both very comfortable. The accommodation had evening you needed for comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and smelt really nice. Communication was great and staff really helpful on arrival.

A gorgeous space in a picturesque location. We came up with my mum and daughter to attend a wedding at peppers creek across the road and the 2 bedroom villa was perfect - spacious and beautiful! While I was out doing bridesmaid duties my family were able to spot lots of kangaroos including a family with a little Joey. :)

Great location, lovely property, comfortable and clean accommodation. Air-conditioning was turned on to cool the villa prior to our arrival which was a nice touch!

A little more shade on the deck would be great, and actual waterproof overhead covering for the BBQ area instead of open slats so we could use the BBQ when it is raining. Because of this, the lovely deck had extremely limited use between the scorching sun during the day and rainy evenings.

First class accommodations set among gorgeous gardens. When arriving and departing (every single time), we saw several kangaroos hopping along and playing in the acreage surrounding the villas. It was magical, as were all the grounds. Tranquil water sculpture/fountain just outside our villa.

Nothing - no negatives.

Beautiful and quiet location, only a few villas so felt quite private and serene. We were upgraded from the studio to 2 bed villa, which had a great view down a rolling hill and across to the mountains. Our friends stayed in the studio villas and those were also comfortable and quiet. All around a great value stay in the heart of Pokolbin. Great breakfast across the road at Enzo, highly recommend!

Not a lot of communal seating space, the main deck is attached to one of the villas so is not for public use although there is a smaller communal one further up the property. We had a small balcony in our villa though so this is where we sat in the evenings.
