We absolutely loved our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. The location was superb—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. The breakfast was such a cute and thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and this place truly made it special. From the indulgent spa bath and cosy fireplace to the double shower and beautiful surroundings, every detail was perfect. Waking up to a bunch of kangaroos and wallabies right outside our balcony was such a magical experience—it felt like something out of a movie. We spent the afternoon on the balcony, sipping red wine and sharing snacks while soaking in the views and the serenity. It was exactly the romantic and relaxing escape we were hoping for. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Our only complaint? That we had to check out! We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Fabulous location - greeted by kangaroos and wallabies and overlooking the lake. Decor very tasteful and house was very well appointed. Super comfortable beds and everything was spotlessly clean. Great BBQ and things like oil, salt & pepper, butter, jam and dishwasher tablets provided. We wanted to stay longer! Would be a great location for a big family group.

The location is exceptional and beautiful with good views and kangaroos / wallabies a plenty. The property was clean and the furniture in good condition. The bed was super comfy. The property is centrally located to enjoy Hunter Valley. The mid week cleaning refresh was appreciated. We would visit this property again.

Communication . We had to call to get the entry code on the morning of our arrival. No property / area details whatsoever in the house and we saw no one in the week we were there - and no phone calls to see if we were ok with the house. Other guests arriving also had problems. Kitchen very sparsely equipped. A recommendation

The property was amazing made you feel so cozy and right at home. Its location creates such a peaceful atmosphere with the kangaroos in the backyard and fresh breath of air. I will be staying here again and would highly recommend staying here.

I LOVED this property nothing i didn’t like

Having a few complimentary extras including a wonderful local port, and 2 bottles of local wines really makes it special. The attention to detail throughout the whole villa is incredible. World class.

Nothing; it’s just magical.

The property is beautiful, has all the amenities, well stocked kitchen in relation to plates, boards, glassware, crockery, utensils etc. Complimentary bottle of wine (thank you). View is magnificent. off the main road, so quiet and tranquil, but close to everything. Would stay here again!

The only downside, and it was small, was the bathroom is on the lower level and the bedroom on the upper floor and the stairwell is quite creaky. So albeit the floor difference isn't a problem, we woke one another as a result of the staircase being noisy on the way up and down in the night.

Great outlook. Wildlife everywhere which was amazing.

Couldn’t park close to our room as we were in the middle. Got drenched lugging luggage back and forth from room to car.

The villa was very neat and comfortable and it was peaceful.

The entrance : The drive up to get to the Villa was very rocky grounds a little scary of an evening incase of another on coming vehicle and being so dark and my vehicle also got so very dirty due to the dirt road leaving and entering the premises .. Requiring to take it to a car wash after our stay.

It was amazing, we loved the seclusion loved the privacy it was exactly as described down to the amazing bath tub

The Balcony needed more privacy shades or something as the 2story villa next door could see everything

The property was simply beautiful & in the perfect location near all the great wineries. Particularly loved seeing the kangaroos and having such a peaceful view over looking the lake.
