The apartment is large and spacious with plenty of storage areas. The fireplace in the lounge was an amazing bonus. There was a wine fridge unfortunately it was not operating, we just popped out wines in the full size fridge. The sliding doors to the smaller bedroom is thoughtful and practical. Private balcony with outdoor dining. Communal outdoor bbq area. 3m walk from the Apartment we were able to see several kangaroos resting amongst the tree shades. The neighbouring hotel Chateau Elan pool is bigger and has sun shade compared to the onsite pool, it was only a 5m walk from the apartment. There was a small playground besides the larger pool. The restaurant is less than 5m walk and you can pre-order and pick up if we wanted, though we didn't use this function as we rather having the done in experience. The food and drinks offering was delicious at the bar bistro but must bring patience to wait for your food. Fortunately drinks came out swiftly.
There were minor cosmetic issues such as aged carpets on the staircase and aged/scuffed walls which made the property feel slightly unkempt. Both showers were great but only had a waterfall showerhead and not a handheld showerhead which made it hard to shower my 5 and 2 year old we had to wash them in the bath tub and using our own plastic cup to pour water on the children, I had to sit on the side of the bath to do so. As i have long hair, the rainfall showerhead is not favoured

Great location and beautiful, newly designed and furnished apartments. We loved how there were several outdoor sitting options, and all within close proximity to pool area and nearby restaurant.
No complaints from our end, but wanted to make aware that we found 2 cockroaches and a big spider in the bathroom area of our apartment. Also there was an unpleasant smell coming from near the pool end closest to the gate. But these are very minor comments in comparison to how much we enjoyed our stay.

The layout of the apartment allowed sufficient privacy to both bedrooms and bathrooms. It was nice having a balcony accessible from the main living area and bedroom at each end. The gas heater in the sitting room was easy to use, warming the apartment quickly and effectively. The pool looked inviting, shame we forgot our swimmers! The very short walk to The Vintage and Chateau Elan and cafe/restaurant Nineteen was super convenient.
It would have been so nice to have a Nespresso machine or similar in the apartment. We brought our own but that is not always possible or convenient.

Big rooms, each bedroom with its own bathroom, glad to see eco refillable bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner attached in the shower wall instead of the small single-use bottles, easy to use the cooktop and microwave.
Nothing really. If I want to be picky, it was hard to mix the hot and cold water taps in the bathroom sink and shower. Would have preferred a mixer tap.

fantastic location, classy yet relaxed vibe. comfy beds and the 2br apartment is huge with a big couch opposite the fireplace. food options at the vintage are excellent and reasonably priced.
a few general wear and tear items around the apartment but certainly wouldn’t stop a return visit.

The apartment looked brand new and was extremely spacious. Spotlessly clean and perfect for our group. The grounds and facilities were great and the bar/ restaurant just across the road was ideal after a day out at the wineries.
Nothing - everything was great

A peaceful location, room had everything we needed for our short stay, check in was simple and quick as was checking out (although I didn't want to check out). Staff were friendly and provided great instructions.
Took us a little while to find reception so it could be a bit better sign posted.

Excellent location of property Good layout in the apartment Well heated and well ventilated Furnishings clean
At check in we should have been asked if stairs were an issue for us. We attended a wedding and associated functions and had a lot of luggage, even though we were 2 adults and a child. The stairs were very hard! Carpet could use a good clean - it is very noticeably dirty Reception area (drive in and parking) is a nightmare as it’s under construction and cars driving in and out we’re using the same narrow entrance. It’s an accident waiting to happen at the moment!

Excellent location and facilities. Great for families with young kids. A stone throw away from a very nice restaurant with play area
A little dusty inside bedroom and springs on sofabed were far from comfortable.
