Very clean property, great location with a pub just across the road. Wonderful friendly staff and gorgeous accommodation. Absolutely massive space with huge bedrooms and three ensuites with an extra toilet! Exceeded all expectations and I will be returning for another stay. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Only disappointment was that the room was not ready by 3pm as is their standard check in time, the room was still being cleaned until 5:30pm which was quite disappointed as we'd wanted to check in earlier. However, I just made my partner take me to a few local wine tastings and the accommodation threw in a free bottle of sparkling wine as an apology. So nothing to complain about really.

The property is located in a fantastic position for exploring the Hunter Valley and having a fantastic restaurant/hotel like "Nineteen" immediately across the road, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, is exceptionally handy. Check in is at a separate building to the units and was easy enough. Having a lock up garage for our large 4wd was excellent. We had an accessible room and it was comfortable and functional with a great King bed.

A little pricey per night, limited room in the driveway to maneuver a big vehicle into the garage, (plenty of room once in the garage though and backing in is the easiest). No microwave oven that we could find and the kitchen floor could have been cleaned a little better.

Our third stay at the Vitage, this time in the Grand Mercure apartments, proved another delightful experience. The location is unbeatable, with the pool a short distance away, keeping our son entertained. The proximity to Nineteen was incredibly convenient, allowing for effortless enjoyment of coffee, meals, and drinks throughout the day a few steos away from us.. The spacious and stylishly decorated apartment added to our comfort and enjoyment.

Someone has parked on my car spot, so I had to park into the lock-up garage across to avoid taking someone's else spot. Some people have no respect, but that has nothing to do with Grand Mercure.

Wonderful spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Great location in Hunter valley. Facilities on Site - GOLF, SPA, CONVENIENCE STORE / BOTTLE SHOP (limited stock but useful) , 2 POOLS etc... Resort has a high end luxury feel as expected in Hunter Valley ACCESS TO 2 POOLS. The Nineteen (large bar / restaurant / roof terrace - great to have this - a super facility for Coffee, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner all available - excellent food truck also - with Oysters, Prawns and Fried Chicken - very affordable. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Lovely fluffy pool towels left in wardrobe in each room. Mini Bar left filled and paid if required.

There was a smell of cooking from previous guests - as we were in just after Christmas not surprising, but could have done with a bit more airing - it wasn't a big deal and faded when doors were left open and fly screens closed

Lovely gardens around apartment; comfortable beds; choice of eateries on site; two verandahs; private garage; well appointed bedrooms with two bathrooms - one for each bedroom. Very roomy apartment. Very good value. Staff were attentive. Surrounding neighbours were quiet. Was too cold for us to enjoy the two pools but they looked nice and clean. Nice to see all the golfers having a good time (though we weren’t golfers). Lovely big baths in both bathrooms. Outlook from rooms was pretty.

The double bed was separated into twin singles but no one had vacuumed between the beds; there were some sticky slops down the front of the kitchen cupboard; shower in main bedroom had a bit of a smell and water from shower didn’t flow away quickly enough.

Great location close to a venue that we were attending a concert (Bimbadgen). Very spacious 3 bedroom villa, each room with its own ensuite- large lounge and dining area and a lovely back deck area and BBQ overlooking the golf course. Aircon is effective for cooling the entire villa. Kitchen had all the required dishes and utensils for cooking in the kitchen or the BBQ. Check in and out was a breeze and service was lovely. If coming for a concert, there is a bus company doing trips (not affiliated with resort). Make sure you bring cash if you haven’t pre-booked. There’s an atm at the bar / restaurant Nineteen.

The TV was a little temperamental to figure out how streaming worked but we got it working eventually.

Beautiful renovations to the apartments which feels like a luxury home away from home. My family really enjoyed the space which made it so comfortable to stay. It was also great to have access to the facilities including Chateau Elan pool. The new Nineteen Hunter Valley which is located nearby was convenient for breakfast and lunch takeaway options.

Apart from having no access to the playground at Nineteen and the playground at Chateau Elan needing an update. It would be good to have more kid friendly facilities available for young families.

For three couples, the lovely new townhouse with Kingbeds & Ensuites to each was fantastic- the kangaroos across the back yard was an added bonus! The Townhouses are enough from other guests not to disturb each other, and a short walk to dinner and drinks!

I enquired on arrival about booking for the restaurant- the staff member assumed I meant the bistro that is part of the same business & advised no need to book. I actually meant Chateau Elan on the same property (no way for a guest to conclude they weren't the same business) and there was certainly a need to book- I realised his mistake later that night & tried to book at Chateau Elan via email & then by phoning- noone from that restaurant ever replied to me.

Well furnished apartment with all amenities. The resort had everything you needed, including a fabulous on-site restaurant and bar (the Boscaiola was delicious). The facilities were great, that included a convenience store for basics and drinks if needed - and the surrounds throughout the resort were beautifully maintained. Fabulous weekend away with family friends, that was most enjoyable. Thank you Grand Mecure The Vintage Team.

Nothing to add - we really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return

The perfect location for a group of friends to stay. There was six of us. It was close to the event we were attending, but also had bar and restaurant onsite. 3 bedrooms with 3 ensuites and a full kitchen. Check in was seamless. The whole home was clean and there was nothing to fault.

small complaint - there was not enough tea / coffee provided for 6 people. With the home not being serviced daily, there should be enough supplies to get us through the stay.
