Staff very friendly on check-in. Location was quiet despite being on the main road through town. Shower was hot. Shower recessed to the water didn’t go everywhere on the floor. Ventilation in bathroom was better than average so it was steamy but not as badly as usual in hotel rooms. Room was clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. Extra pillows in the wardrobe.

Very old furnishings and fixtures. Bathroom shower was riddled with cracked tiles and full gaps in some tiles where water must be getting behind and doing damage. My room was a non-smoking room but the tradies in the rooms beside mine smoked outside their rooms and the smell seeped into my room.

Room wa2 comfortable and was furnished with a nice sofa, bed and a couple of chairs at the bench, allowing for meals and work. All staff were friendly, polite and informative. Edward, the manager must have special mention. He is a very gracious host, offering insight into the town n surrounding areas. I felt very welcome and taken care of. The prices for the rooms have gone up dramatically. It was $99 start for a budget room and then upwards about 2 years ago,now it is $170 for a budget room and then upwards . I'm not going to be able to stay here again when a 4-star hotel up the road is for less and one in John for less as well.

The customer service here is so welcoming - the property had everything I needed for a short stay (attending my son’s march out from Lone Pine Barracks). The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble and he even found my coat for me that I’d accidentally dropped the day before when checking in…! 😂 All in all a lovely stay, great value for money, would highly recommend.

I was moved to a room where it was quiet. The room was neat and tidy. The queen bed was hard, (but some people like hard beds) so I slept in the single bed which was very comfy.

The joining room had a tv that was very close to the inter joining door which made the sound come through to my room.

Great location. Lots of parking. We had a trailer so parked out the front. Lovely Thai restaurant attached. Only a few mins walk to a couple of pubs. On the main road into Singleton. Easy to find. Would definitely stay again. Staff were lovely.

Friendly staff, and a great restaurant situated as part of the Motor Inn. A very pleasant surprise for me was the proximity of the property to a flying-fox camp just over the road and near the service station. It was wonderful to see and hear these beautiful creatures so close by!

I found everything very clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain about!

Close to the center, helpful staff above and beyond. Got all the necessary facilities in the room. Can watch YouTube and Netflix on Smart TV.

Basic rooms but served us for the night. Kettle and fridge in room. Good value for money. Close to town.

Lots of tradies mid week leave early. Doors are sticky and need to be slammed shut to close properly so lots of noise at 5am when people leave.

Th room itself was good! The bed was comfortable! The bathroom floor could have been vacuumed and cleaned. There was a used band aid on the floor and dust on the skirting boards around the floor and behind the toilet, otherwise it was good. The location was great!
