-Conveniently situated in town, just meters from Maccas, HJs, 7-Eleven, Subway, a short drive to supermarkets, etc -AC worked well and was easy to control with the remote controller -Plenty of carpark spaces at the back -The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was clean

-The driveway is a bit narrow, especially the kerb entrance part of it -Soundproof was okay but could be better, the noise from upstairs guests (through the floor) was touch-and-go -The bathroom roller door was completely off the rollers and it was a struggle to open/close when using the shower/toilet -The fridge/freezer was on but not set to cool and if I hadn't noticed it my frozen food would have perished overnight

Easy check in , very helpful cleaners and staff, made sure you had all you needed to be comfortable.

That I didn't like anything about it but on booking.com where it states or you Mark where you'll have a pet or extra needs I wrote that I had a pet but when I got there I forgot to let the staff know that I had a pet because they can't actually see that in the booking so on your way in please let the manager knows that you have a pet because they're certain rooms allocated for people with pets

Stayed in the area for a wedding in Pokolbin. Very happy with the location, cleanliness, fresh and modern room and bathroom. It looked and smelt very clean. The fridge was a good size and it was handy having the microwave and bench space, and a little table with chairs. Everything needed for a short stay and a very close drive to the main shops, while just a 50m walk away from a service station and fast food. Loved being able to park right near the entrance of our room also. The property in and out is kept very nice and clean. The tv was modern and very generous size, and having the split system and fan was also great. Cupboard for hanging our clothes too. Everything we needed for a modern comfortable two night stay! Very friendly service at the reception also.

Next time I stay in the area, I would probably book a room on the top level just incase whoever is upstairs makes a bit of noise. We had someone upstairs who was moving around while we slept but it was not too bad considering everything else was great.

Friendly staff who let us check in early after a long day on the road. Easy to find and close to fast food restaurants for a quick easy meal. The motel is also just a short drive to town and the shopping mall. Room was clean and tidy and looked like it had just been upgraded or it is new. Great supply of coffee, tea etc and the complimentary biscuits were great. Bathroom was nice and bed comfortable. Shower pressure was adequate with heaps of hot water and toiletries. Good off street parking .We would definitely stay again.

I travelled 9 hours in the car and I was met with very warm and friendly staff and an incredibly fabulous room. The Air conditioning & ceiling fan were a wonderful bonus as were all of Kitchen and other facilities. The shower and bathroom was spotless and also fabulous. Thank you. The location was convenient and the room was comfortable. After a long day we ordered a meal and had it delivered to the room. This was very prompt and convenient.

I thought I had requested a room on the ground floor but this was not available. We were offered to stay in another establishment at no extra cost but we decided to climb the one flight of stairs and the manager helped us up with our bags.

The owners are lovely, and nothing was too much trouble. Our room had cutlery, plates, glasses, coffee, sugar, tea bags,biscuits, tea towels, and even 1 litre of milk. The fridge, freezer is bigger than normal for a Motel room Microwave Jug Toaster Plates Even had a large box of tissues, which most do not have . There was an iron and ironing board Bed was so comfortable The room was modern The cleanest have to be mentioned also ,,it was the cleanest Motel we have ever stayed in We would highly recommend anyone to stay here .

Full size fridge and access to kitchen facilities. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioner effective (heatwave days during out stay).

The state of maintenance not very good. Some fixes needed during our stay with others that could be undertaken in near future.

The staff made me feel very comfortable as a solo female, ensuring I was comfortable with room location and parking. It was clean and tidy, great water pressure and hot water, free WiFi and streaming services. Great location close to everything.

No cheap construction materials in our room. Beautifully tiled bathroom. Everything looked new - so very clean. No scrimping on the supplies. We were staying one night, but there was enough tea, coffee, milk, bickies, tissues, soap, etc to keep us going for a week. Thank you. It was nice to be looked after. It would have been a good room to stay in for a longer period because it had a kitchenette (sink, microwave, jug, toaster, plates, bowls, cutlery and cleaning supplies). Sufficient convenient power points for charging phones, laptop, etc. Lockable screen door (so the solid door can be left open) Nice soft bed.

No Wifi. The toilet in our room was very low. The room had a back door that gave access to a small private smokers courtyard, but the door would not open.
