The apartment was great, clean and spacious. It had all the amenities and even more. We actually booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment, which was great given that we had a baby with us so we could set up her travel cot in that extra room.

There was a party going on on the room next to us, even though parties were not allowed at the hotel (reception told us). It was extremely noise when we got there, they kept bringing alcohol, smoking and making big noise on the balcony. We raised this issue with the reception and they gave them a warning. Luckily, after that, they stopped and just went to party to another place. But yes, at the beginning it was rather noise and we were worried about sleeping well at night, especially with a baby.

Beautiful hotel, apartment, very clean and centre to a lot of places

We got told off at 4pm for noise as there were “people with babies next door”. The women stormed into the apartment when she could have politely stood at the front door and told the girl who opened the door. I don’t believe it is our concern that there are babies next door as it is a hotel and anyone can stay there. It was also very early afternoon, we had some music playing and talking but we weren’t excessively loud. The manner of handling the complaint we apparently received could have been handled more professionally.

Sorry I can’t comment on the breakfast as you wish, not sure if there was a breakfast but there could have been and I missed it but I wasn’t there for the breakfast I had to get going in the morning had more work to do. What I can comment about if that’s okay is the space, very roomy on the ground floor with a great deck and hedges and a full kitchen

Bit of a walk from the bedroom to the bathroom, had to walk through the lounge room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry. Had to walk in a circle when they could have just cut a door through and made it into an en-suite. And the walls were a bit blank, there could have been some art on the walls, some really good art say from that new little regional gallery on the edge of town, I would have really liked that but wouldn’t really have complained it’s just that you asked.

The internet streaming was so bad we could not watch anything only regular television.We came back to the apartment to find water from the air conditioner had swamped the lounge room floor.Management must have been advised of this as there had been a towel placed there.We turned the air conditioner off and notified staff but this should not have happened or should have been fixed before our arrival.

We often stay in the Quest chain - this is by far the best Quest we have stayed in. Everything we needed was there for a multiple day stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Off highway, so quiet. On site, off road parking. Very comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. We stayed in 2-bed apartment, first bathroom had shower over bath & full laundry, en suite bathroom had a shower only. Highly recommend.

Very clean apartment, nice quiet location, helpful and friendly staff

The apartments have a slightly odd layout with no windows in the bedrooms. If you prefer fresh air rather than using the air conditioner, recommend you ask for an apartment on the top floor so you can leave lounge room windows and balcony door open all night.

Has everything you need for a weekend away with the family. Comfortable beds. Clean, decent size rooms. Great amenities. Lovely welcoming staff on check in.

Have a little one and cots are available but you need to pay additional. Would understand if you weren’t already paying for the child in the booking price.

Rooms are very comfortable, well set out and perfect for our group and trip purpose

I requested that our two rooms be located near each other, however this did not occur and it appeared that the property was not full so I'm not sure why the request wasn't possible.

Great size unit, beautiful soft king size bed. Laundry facilities, dishwasher, ensuite in main bedroom. Close to beautiful wineries, cheese and chocolate factories, distillery, every temptation catered for.

Kitchen could use more dishes for entertaining. Being Xmas we had to use dinner plates as trays for nibblies etc.

Clean, spacious, well furnished unit, with bath, shower, washing machine, full kitchen and balcony. Quiet and easy to access, being on the ground floor. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly.
