Friendly efficient service. Spotlessly clean, tidy & comfortable room.. Free upgrade. This must be the smallest motel in Muswellbrook but don't let that fool you - it ticks all the boxes. I'll definitely be recommending to friends & family.

Bats roosting nearby - no fault of the owners, just a bit noisy at times. A message sent thru Booking.com wasn't answered- I had to call direct to have my enquiry answered.

Description of facilities is a little misleading, eg, kitchenette is only microwave for reheating ,no toaster or stove. Cooking not permitted in rooms Does have tea and coffee making facilities and plates ,cups and other eating utensils . Suggest review of Description.

Cleanliness! Smelt clean and fresh. Room was clean, bedding was clean. Complimentary water, milk and biscuits. The receptionist Meg was lovely and helpful.

The smell outside from the bat colony that is behind the motel. The loud air conditioner in the room. The noise from the busy road.

The best things I like are the amenities and location within the price. The room was moderately spacious with all amenities we need on a regular basis. Enough pillows, blankets, microwaves, shower elements, and towels were well enough. Except the lotion which was the housekeeper's fault cause it was empty. Lovely smile at the reception

The bed was not very much comfortable however it is kind of personal preference and the WIFI was not available so could not connect to Netflix.

Loved everything! Fantastic service-never better. Immaculate room. Beautiful little complex within easy walk. Megan’s attention to detail with customer service and presentation was extraordinary. Fantastic value for money.

The location was good. Megan was most helpful and obliging during our stay. A great hostess and a pleasant motel. We would happily stay again if in the region.

We were very disappointed to find that booking our stay through Booking.com cost significantly more than had we booked directly with the motel.

Was booked to go next door but changed my mind at the last minute. Im so glad I did. This gem had everything + more. The basket and fridge of goodies was a bonus at very reasonable prices. The bed was super comfy and the linen was fresh and clean. I own an elite 6 star accommodation service on Lake Macquarie and I cant fault anything. Certainly would choose again in a heartbeat if ever back in the area.

Super friendly, caring and helpful staff - 5 star service - convenient location. Facilities provided were great including equivalent of mini-kitchen.

The property is very well maintained. Clean and well appointed. Ideal for a quick stay while on the road.

I was not sure if there was wi-fi either free or paid. Other than that, there was nothing that I did not like. In fact, next time that I stay I will most likely take up the breakfast and coffee offer.
