Easy key pick up and drop off after hours. Heaps of parking. Clean facilities. Great communication. It was a last minute booking as we were working interstate and were too exhausted to drive all the way back home. Easy to book, fast response and great location. The bed was a little too firm - my husband didn’t notice as he’s a bit more cuddly than me and was asleep before his head hit the pillow - but I found it too firm (I sound like goldilocks). Everything else met all our needs and we were very appreciative.

Was very good value for 3 star rated accommodation in a quiet location, with friendly staff and good communication. Great location, within easy walking distance to cafes, parks, RSL and the main street in Scone.

Open bathroom louvres do lack some privacy, however, did not detract from stay nor the room's facilities in the slightest.

Comfortable beds and in walking distance to centre of the town. Comfortable and clean and ideal place for an overnight when road tripping. Restaurant fine for dinner and a wide range of choices available. Plenty of parking and has level access for all rooms for disabled.

Despite a restaurant onsite, no breakfast options. Not even continental. Not ideal when on a rod trip and would be good to see a basic breakfast either included, or for a small charge.

Good air-con, fridge size was very adequate comfortable bed, generous room size with a separate bathroom, parking at front door, bedside lights, fast internet.

Hot water delay to heat and water pooling in shower that was slow to drain. Plastic shower curtain.

The rooms are spacious and well kept. Much larger and cleaner than other motels in this price bracket. The rooms were quiet and comfortable.

The hot water did not work in our room in the evenings but it was fine in the morning.

Having a restaurant on the premises was great. The staff were so kind. I left something in my room and they called me and arranged to bring it to Sydney for me to collect. I really appreciated this extra care.

Nothing I didn't like. All good.

Booking in easy, staff management were friendly the room was clean nice and comfortable, restaurant at the motel had great food not a thing to complain about I’ll be back again on the next working trip the only place to stay.

Everything thing was great no complaints.

It had everything we needed for an overnight stay , super clean and tidy. The room was an excellent size- quite a deal bigger than most . Enough pillows, blankets and towels. Great toiletries with heaps of room in the bathroom.

The colonial motor inn is run very professionally it was a pleasure to stay there highly recommended stop over location,the Scone pool is across the road the CBD is a short walk,the motel has a great Thai restaurant great place after along day on a motorcycle

The room was like the usual Aussie motel room, but had a cozy, comfortable feeling. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were great. Car parking was available right outside the front door, which was part of the central court yard of the complex. The property was also home to Timmy Thai restaurant and the food that I had was wonderful.
