Clean and tidy room. Lovely friendly welcome from Tony. Room was warm and even though there was no electric blanket we were very comfortable. New mattress which was great...not too soft or too hard....it was just right, thank you Tony for asking for our feedback. We appreciated having a small kitchenette in the room as well.

The hot water seemed to take forever to arrive, so maybe extra hot water systems need to be installed. Hate the thought of how much water is wasted while waiting for it to warm up.

Reception staff were warm and welcoming. The room was nice and spacious, with lots of space to put our things. The bathroom was well appointed. The location was perfect, being only 5 minutes' walk from White Park where we spent our evenings. It was also only a short stroll into the main street of town.

The only issue we had was that the smoke alarm went off when we were making toast for our breakfast. It's located directly above the kitchen area, so understandable, even though there wasn't any actual smoke. It stopped ringing fairly quickly after we opened the room door and used a dishcloth to wave the heat away from the alarm.

As I was arriving at this Motel after 11:30pm I called the Manager of the motel who informed me that he would organise for my room to be open, lights on and the air con working so when I arrived it was warm and inviting. I was pleasantly surprised at the room. It was clean, modern and the bed was comfortable. You could park your car outside your door so very convenient.

Received a super welcome from the receptionist. Room was comfortable with a desk and socket to work on my laptop. Bathroom bigger than most and the room comes with smart TV, iron and hair dryer with ample tea/coffee. Location is on the main highstreet and a few minites walk to the shops and cafes. The Scone rail station in easy walking distance for those on foot.

Best to advise hotel when you're checking in and read instructions for check out as there was nobody there. You can refer to Booking.com confirmation email.

Location and value for money. Tony, the manager, is fantastic. He recently took over the property and is slowly making changes. Tony is amazing with all visitors and is genuinely happy to meet with them and make their stay comfortable. Rooms are clean and well equipped.

Simple, but clean, and surprisingly quiet given its location. I could hear traffic and trains outside the room, but inside I could hear very little. Bed was comfortable, and floor was clean, and bathroom had heaps of warm water available.

Not critical, but it appears that a few rooms had noisy doors that caught when opening and closing, including my room - this was fine, just slightly noisy for myself and people in adjacent rooms when I arrived back late, I heard the same noise when another room opened their door as well.

Location is in walking distance to the main street grocery, coffee & others shops. Now that the Scone Bypass is operating, Kelly St traffic noise past the motel isn't noticeable. Plenty of parking.

Hot water took a long time to come through in the bathroom. With current Kelly St roadworks & diversions, you had to detour a bit to get to the motel but that's not the motels fault.

Airlie House is in a good location close to shops and eateries. It is a grand old house and it was a pleasure to stay in it.

I would have liked a separate shower recess as I have trouble getting in and out of a bath or spa. It would have been lovely to have breakfast provided although we knew it would not be.

Quiet and well kept location. Easy access to the property fromthe bypass. Good parking. Efficient and helpful reception. Room well maintained and clean. Short walk to shops and restaurants in town.

Motel is in a good location in town, everything is right there for you, easy walk to pubs & clubs. Very clean. Friendly staff. I would be happy to stay there again.
