Room was exactly what we were looking for. Most importantly I can not speak highly enough of Lovely Tracey. Tracey is such a welcoming, friendly & accommodating lady who went above & beyond for myself & my family. Thank you so much Tracey.

Carpet in the room was quite old & stained. It could probably do with a good clean or be replaced. Suggestion- might be a good idea to put a shade sail above the pool.

The lady at reception went above & beyond to assist me with a room cancellation through the Booking app, she managed to get me a refund! Thank you so much. Room was clean, bathroom was very modern. Centrally located in the Main Street of town near the RSL club.

Only a couple of minor things, The cold air & smoke smell coming under the door, had to use towels to block. The shower really should have a door, the bathroom was soaked after our showers

The room was recently renovated with modern furnishings and bathroom. It was all very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful in accomodating our request for late check in and a park outside of the room, and they left clear instructions for us to follow upon arrival.

Literally the only negative was that sometimes the door would pop open even though it was supposed to be locked, so we had to make sure we kept it chained during the night as we were travelling with small children.

The staff were amazing, couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms were spacious & clean. The bathroom we had was a little small but did what we needed it to.

The only thing I would pick at, the carpark around the back is quite small & tight so having a bigger or longer car, you'd be better off parking in the main carpark.

Immaculate cleanliness of the hotel. Well done to the house keeping staff. Cleanest hotel I have stayed in yet. Before leaving the hotel, I checked under the bed in case the kids had dropped anything under there. This is normally the worst part of a hotel room however, there was not a spec of dirt under that bed. It was really clean. Rooms were modern and staff was very friendly. Mini bar was also reasonably priced. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The first night, in the middle of the night, one of the guests was screaming through the hotel. Nothing to do with the hotel itself. Just made it hard to sleep that night. She had left the hotel the next day and that night we slept very well. Also, didn't like that we couldn't get room service for breakfast on the public holiday Monday.

The atmosphere, cleanliness and the staff - wonderful! Glad I spent $40 extra and stayed here vs other places. Totally worth it.

Early morning rise from workers utes - doors opening shutting and we couldn’t park outside our accommodation - but we expected this being Muswellbrook, but we wouldn’t be out off staying again.

excellent sized room, particularly the bath room. A large bed was very comfortable. provisions for the bar etc were excellent but unused

I thought the room price was excessive, I paid less for same quality elsewhere in the past - i know, I know ,we have had Covid and current government screwing the finances of the country but still probably $20-$30 less would have been better for me.

Excellent location. Club and pubs within walking distance for meals, with shopping centre located behind. Room was a good size and well appointed.

Parking was tight. Air conditioning was a bit inconsistent - there were very strong drafts coming into the room from around the door. There was a lot of noise from other guests - not the fault of the property or managers.

Was only few km from railway station. It was fairly quiet place to stay. Woolworths only around the corner if you can something to eat.

Didn't have a microwave oven to heat up meals. You can order meals there but throught it seem to expensive.

Motel was very central, very clean and close to food outlets and shopping centre. We were passing through and only stayed one night. It was very hot at the time and the air-con worked well.

Room needed a privacy curtain on the window - if the block out blind was up, anyone could see in, if the block out blind was down, you needed to put a light on. No toaster allowed due to fire alarm regulation but Hungry Jacks breakfast only a few doors away.
