From the moment I arrived and was warmly greeted at check-in to the farewell the following day, the service was exceptional. Upon our arrival, we were informed about the room's amenities, and I appreciated that the air conditioning was already on, bottled water was provided in the fridge, and we were offered towels for the pool. The room was clean and spacious, which added to our comfort. After a long drive, having the pool ready for my child to enjoy was a highlight of the day. The bathrooms were also clean and supplied with an ample number of towels and bathroom supplies. In the evening, we enjoyed relaxing outside our room, appreciating the space and tranquility—it felt as though the rooms were thoughtfully arranged to ensure privacy.

Honestly couldn’t fault this place.

We enjoyed our stay, room was clean and well equipped, we received clean towels each day and communication with staff was polite and positive. Given two bottles of water each day was bonus. Close proximity to highway and food outlets.

Friendly hosts, good location, comfortable and very clean. Even though it was an older motel it had been well cared for and was spotless. The attention to detail stood out to me, such as the tasteful styling and thick comfy bath mat. We really appreciated the complimentary water too.

Only small issue was being able to hear the neighbours television but that’s to be expected in an older style motel.

The staff were exceptional. Provided information about recent rain and risk of flooding to roads. Provided complimentary bottles of water. Beds were comfortable and heater in room was on to welcome us on a very chilly night. Thank you

Sliding door into bathroom was noisy when opening and closing.

Room was super clean and well equipped Plenty of hot water Good clothes storage Parking on site was adjacent to room when we stayed Bed was really comfortable - blissful after a long drive 1.3km walk to Thai Home Restaurant which is recommended

The only downside was the location right on the highway with regular passing truck noise - closing the windows muted the noise and we slept well anyway

The room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed. All usual motel amenities. The breakfast was delivered 5 minutes late with an apology and complimentary fruit juice. The breakfast was good value. The owners were extremely polite and efficient. Only a short drive to the main street.

Very friendly office manager, the room was clean and fresh, and the king bed was nice to have a good sleep.

The room where we stayed at the front of the motel, so very noisy with trucks going passing, and a bit far to walk to eating out, but our choices not to drive after a long trip.

One of the best I have stayed at in Narrabri. The staff were amazing and friendly. Will definitely be my first preference from now on as i visit the area fortnightly 😊 have also recommended to my colleagues.

loved the location even though it’s on the highway they have done a great job enclosing it with plants etc so it’s like a little oasis. The staff were amazing, so friendly and polite, offering a beautiful cooked breakfast (we had the stacked pancakes). The room itself was clean, comfortable and quite. I will be recommending Kaputar Motel to everyone looking for a place to stay.

I could not fault it

Clean room, good water pressure in the shower, comfy bed, friendly staff. Great place to stop on the way through town.

I could hear a bit through the walls in the rooms. Was able to hear neighbours TV and muffled voices. Not enough to keep me from sleeping, just noticable.
