The pool area was fantastic

Buffet brekky was very average and lukewarm. There were people coughing and spluttering everywhere. I asked if there was any hand sanitiser as these same "coughers" were handling the same utensils to serve brekky as us and was told, "no sorry"..... very unprofessional, we left early and got some more brekky up the road. I think $257 per night was an absolute rip off. I personally would not stay here again for this price. We only booked here because it was a kilometre from where our car was being serviced and we walked here after dropping car off... Live and learn..

The family room was a great size and the bedding very comfortable - although the bathrooms are a bit dated they were clean (bring your own toiletries as they don’t offer the little complimentary shampoo etc). Outdoor pool and lounge area was fantastic! The coin operated laundry was handy and even had toilets conveniently located inside. Security gates closing after 8pm provided an added sense of safety.

The conveniences offered at the reception desk (snacks, incidental personal items etc) were very expensive so we avoided it. Parking was limited (no parking on the expansive grass areas when we were there) so those staying in cabins towing trailer/camper/boat may want to check with reception ahead of arrival in case the grounds are busy. Often you won’t be able to park your towed vehicle directly outside your cabin, but there is other parking further away inside the grounds.

Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Parking is right out the front. It was handy having a washing machine.We had dinner in the restaurant and it was wonderful. We liked the location about 2 ks away from the centre of Katherine. While it could have been cleaned better, we would stay here again.

It needed a more thorough clean. Crumbs still in the kitchen, fridge hadn’t been cleaned and the oven had grease on the oven door. Kitchen utensils are very limited. The outside table needed a wipe down and a good sweep was needed.

Location out of town felt better for security. The bed was very comfortable and the garden outlook nice. The grounds are very well maintained, lots of areas to spread out. The pool area is lovely, we spent lots of time here! You can even have a hit of tennis if you have the energy! The restaurant is the best in town. Definitely have an evening meal here. I'll be staying here again next year on our annual NT visit :)

The rooms are tired, especially the bathrooms. Hopefully renovations are being planned.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. We had breakfast each morning which was a mixture of hot & cold, very tasty and filling for a day of sightseeing. Banjos restaurant and setting was fantastic and we ate there every night. While the hotel was on the highway we slept really well with minimal traffic noise. The room was huge with a very comfortable bed. The hotel grounds and pool area were very well kept and secure.

The only very disturbing thing was that during breakfast one of the other guests came in to say he had been robbed of all his belongings, and that made us worried about security but luckily we found all our things to be still in our room, but felt terrible for the elderly gentleman who had had all his belongings stolen.

Clean room, comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful. Good location in town and secure hotel with enclosed fencing and security gate that closes at night. Didn't eat at the in house restaurant, as we wanted to explore town, but it looked busy from what we could see. Pool was great in the heat.

Shower head was pretty old and worn and water pressure was a bit weak but got the job done. I recommend they replace the shower head.

Exceptionally well laid complex. Grounds spacious and well maintained. Quiet and secure. Appreciated being able to park car by room . Daily room cleaning service offered if wanted which is rare these days.

Water pressure in shower. Six sprays of water from showerhead was frustrating to bathe in.

The hotel was quiet with great air conditioning and a comfy bed. The breakfast that was included was good.

There was nowhere to sit other than the bed. There was one plastic chair for my husband and I to fight over. Considering this was called a Deluxe Queen room it was disappointing that there was nowhere to eat a takeaway meal. There was plenty of empty floor space that could accommodate a table and chairs. Is their motive to force people to eat at their Restaurant and pay eye watering prices for average food??

The room was spacious and clean and the hotel was easy to locate. We had lovely dinners at the restaurant and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom in the room was in need of an upgrade. There was only 1 breakfast option where we would have preferred just having a continental breakfast. The breakfast food had been sitting for a while and therefore a bit soggy and cold.
