I stayed at K Town Hotel for a little over a week while waiting for our house to be finalised. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. They were more than happy to accommodate my requests, which I really appreciated. The hotel offers a decent menu with vegetarian options available too. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and I felt safe and at ease throughout my stay. They also have a pool that's great for kids to play in and for families to relax and enjoy together. Plus, free parking is available at the hotel, which was super convenient. Amazing service – I would highly recommend K Town Hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free stay.

The -Town Hotel is located in a good location in town. It has its own secured free parking as they close the gates at night. The owner has painted the accommodation and building. The staff especially at the reception and the Bangladeshi gentleman was very helpful especially since the cleaning staff are not very thorough in their cleaning.

They did not clean our room till we arrived at 4 pm. The person at the reception told us they missed cleaning our room. !! This was after asking for an early check in. The room has too much furniture making it smaller. The cleaning needs improvement and local knowledge of the place to advise tourist.

A wonderful stay – warm and helpful! I felt completely comfortable during my stay at this motel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and always willing to help. I was especially grateful for the free late check-out and the kind offer to drive me to places, which was a huge relief as I was travelling without a car and it can feel a bit unsafe at night. I also received great advice and support throughout my stay. A big thank you for the fantastic service!

The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. Although strangely positioned above the office, once one got used to the layout it provided ample space to relax, sleep without standing on each other's toes.

Score would even be higher if there was more attention to detail such as replacing the empty tissue box before guest arrival, providing a dish rack so that cleaned dishes can dry.

The receptionist is exceptional good! So helpful and friendly. I was able to get the room earlier and everything was clean. The room is big and you have a fridge and Aircon in the room. The fridge is really noisy but better then not having a fridge. The location is good. Everything is in walking distance in the centre and you can also park your car there. Felt very safe at that place.

The pool was closed, unfortunately. The way how the cleaner made my room during my stay was weird. So actually they just folded the linen and took one empty water bottle out. Nothing more. The bin was still full, bathroom not touched and also no refill of coffee. So not really a service. This is the only small complain I have.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. They are working hard to make it the best it can be. Jalan kindly offered to drive me to the airport as the taxi service in the town is unreliable. Free use of washing machine.

The shower taps wouldn’t turn off properly and constantly dripped, which made the bathroom floor wet. A little lacking in privacy as the window is at the front and people walk by. They could improve the place by adding some pot plants outside as it’s very stark. A bit overpriced.

The place is secure - gates are locked 7pm to 7am but you will be given a remote to open it if you arrive between those hours. Room is clean, kitchenette is well kitted-out. I was able to cook a dish which is great as I didn’t want to go out in the evening. It has everything that you will need in your stay in a small town. Customer service is great!

As an Australian outback Hotel/Motel is met and in some areas exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean, secure and friendly we could not fault it. Our rooms had been recently renovated with brand new beds and appliances. Jalal Was very accommodating and helpful. This is a young new business who are working hard to upgrade it and should strongly be supported. Bonus, we found out the Katherine club has a courtesy shuttle that collects and drops off free of charge. Great for dinner in a small town.

Room was very spacious. Location was very handy for us. We didn't have much interaction with staff but was OK when it occurred.

The bathroom facilities were quite basic. Price was quite high for a country town motel. Parking was unstructured and there was potential for running out of room.

What an absolute gem in an otherwise ordinary town. The dinner was such good value and so generous - the fish was delightful and the salad fresh with a great variety of veggies. The guy was nice enough to bring it to the room so I didn’t have to bring the kids out again. It felt completely safe and they provided lots of extras in the kitchenette. I definitely recommend and would stay there again. Felt like it could be an excellent place to recharge if we had a couple days. As a single mum travelling with 2 young kids I was petrified to stay in Katherine but felt at ease from the moment of arrival. I was also very grateful they came out and brought the key to me as it’s so hot at the moment so much nicer than having to get the kids out of their car seats just to park a moment later
