Very comfortable bed. Pizzas were delicious and cooked quickly. Beautiful gardens which were well maintained.

Room cleaning was average during our 12-night stay. Despite making the bed myself everyday, very little cleaning was done - minimal to no vacuuming, dusting, shower/bathroom cleaning, change over or washing of coffee mugs, etc. Barramundi that I ordered the first night was easily the worst that I ate during our entire two-week holiday. I wish that I had asked for a discount given the length of our stay as I paid the normal room rate that others would pay for one night and have a spotless room.

Facilities such as the pool, variety of accommodation options, restaurant and breakfast available . Nice and quiet. Obliging staff. Upfront about costs. There was plenty of room for parking. The place was lovely and shaded. There was a guest laundry.

You couldn’t leave the light on in the bathroom, for people using the toilet during hours of sleep, without the noisy extraction fan running. The walls aren’t very soundproof, so we could hear the people’s conversation from the next room. The room needs a paint and the lampshade was all stained.

The staff at knotts were awesome. breakfast was so yummy, tea time was just as good, they had a smile and welcome you .the swimming pools were great,the property was so cleaned outside,thanks, knotts Crossing Resort, you made our stay the best.

What i didn't like is that they charged my credit of $460, but I had paid my accommodation, and for our tea at night, breakfast was free. i have rang the reception she said it was an error, so hopefully, we will get a refund soon

Room was clean and comfortable and didn't smell like bleach like other accommodation in Katherine which sets of sinus issues. Staff are always friendly and helpful, I had to organize a late checkout due to a meeting and the staff were able to arrange this with no issues

the only thing that could of been better was the door to the room was sticking and you had to use a bit of force to open and close it, nothing major just felt like I was slamming the door and didnt like disturbing other guests

We were in a cabin with an ensuite bathroom (overnight stay travelling around NT / WA & SA for 5 weeks) no bathroom in the cabin but just at the back outside was an ensuite bathroom. All good - loved it actually - felt a bit rustic! The buffet breakfast the next morning included in our booking (but had no idea) was a wonderful surprise to get our day started to see the gorgeous Katherine Gorge and head to Darwin.

The stay was comfortable and what we expected for Katherine and a quick overnight stay - good sleep - shower and get on our way again the next morning.

Visiting family in Katherine, but wanting to keep the relationship good, I set myself up at Knott's for five nights. I was happy with my cabin and the facilities. There was a table and two chairs outside my cabin for sitting outside. It was the dry season which meant that was possible :) There is a restaurant attached where I ate one night (perfectly fine), and the breakfast was good. They have a proper coffee machine for an extra charge, which was fine by me. I would definitely stay here again.

The resort is really nice with a lovely pool and the bar/restaurant was great with a breakfast buffet and plenty of options for dinner. The location is good it's a little out of town but not too far and is very quiet. The room was super convenient for a bigger group and good value, whilst it was a little old it was clean enough and everything worked. The aircon worked well which we definitely needed.

There was no ladder up to the top bunk bed or a rail to stop you falling out which was not ideal.

Budget friendly hub of the town great staff and great facilities the bistro, pool table, swimming pool etc. Spoke to lots of other guests from out of town that reside on a regular basis and it gave that hub feel for people moving in and out of Katherine.

The room was quite dark all brick but had all the basics. Didn't have anywhere to sit outside the unit itself except right by your car which seemed to be more for smokers then being able to relax.

We were pretty happy with nearly everything, the staff, the location(perfect for in town things and travellingto do things like the Gorge), the restaurant - food and drinks were great! (We were disappointed that we didnt get to try breakfast) The pool near the restaurant was lovely. We were so thankful that both cabins were able to be next to each other. We all had an amazing time and will definitely love to come back and stay again. Thank you for looking after us so well. Definitely recommend doing the Katherine Gorge.

Unfortunately the double bed in cabin 323 was really hard and uncomfortable so unfortunately didn't get much sleep due to a back injury. Also the clothes line was covered in cobwebs and spiders. The doors were really hard to open and close on cabin 323.

I like the staff who were extremely friendly. The room was tidy, sound proofing wasn’t great but comfortable all the same. Having the ability to sit by the pool and have drinks and cocktails, added to a relaxing long weekend. Lovely breakfast with tasty muffins, lovely and friendly staff welcoming guests. Amazing food served at the restaurant.

The room could have used some extra surface areas, for a family with 2 children, there was no bathroom surfaces to hold stuff and the main area had limited bench space. Being charged public holiday surcharge on a Saturday. I understand being charged this for a Friday public holiday but still being charged this on a sunday, makes the day and trip that much more expensive.
