The property was very clean and great parking for our camper trailer. The gentleman at reception was amazing - helping with parking and incredibly accommodating of our needs! Room was a decent size, and very clean. Shower was AMAZING after a day travelling! Will definitely stay again.

The room had a smell to it, which I think was the air freshener? Because there were no windows, I couldn’t air the room out and ended up with a migraine from it. 😞

Location, large room with great layout. Clean modern bathroom. Fan over the bed. Plenty of blankets too. plenty of room for luggage. Power points at the bed and the USB charging ports at the desk.

There were no biscuits in our room. Last time my husband stayed he said there were really good biscuits. Desk was small, enough for us however if you need to do a bit of work could be cramped.

The modern, clean, spacious room. Staff were responsive and helpful. It's a good location near town and very quiet. Quite peaceful to relax in.

Didn't like having to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. It's quite challenging with heavy items. Eventually, I think a lift should be considered. Luggage trolleys would be helpful as well (but only if there's a lift).

I really enjoyed the space, cleanliness, and location of the motel. I found the hotel to be warm and welcoming, and the room was comfy and quiet, which I appreciated after a long work day.

I would love to have eaten dinner at the restaurant; however, I thought $40 for a main meal was quite expensive. I would have happily paid $25-30. Due to this, I didn't even consider getting a hot breakfast or a coffee as I thought this, too, would likely be expensive. I opted sadly to purchase McDonald's which was across the road.

The quality of the food at the restaurant is very good, although a little on the expensive side but we would choose to eat there again. The room was well appointed and a great size, with comfortable beds and plenty of bench space for bags. The provision of a toaster, disposable crockery, cups and a microwave was appreciated (the toaster did cook great toast) and the air conditioning worked very well for a very comfortable stay. The room was well lit, but able to be made dark easily. Parking was convenient and available and there was very little noise from other guests. The bathroom was very clean and spacious with plenty of towels, and the toiletries provided were a good quality, water pressure was good. Proximity to the highway wasn't noticed as the room was very quiet.

We weren't able to source a cup of ice in the morning when we woke up (which had been requested the night before) as there were no wait staff at the cafe, and the staff member doing the cooking was very careful not to make any eye contact with us after speaking with the only other 2 customers in the cafe. The shower was either stone cold, cool or scorching hot, we couldn't seem to adjust the temperature anywhere between cool and scorching hot even with very minor adjustments. The fridge was extremely small, a 1.5L bottle of water wasn't able to be put in the fridge.

The 2 bedroom apartment was large and had nice furniture. It was resort- styled and felt luxurious. I like that you could park at the back and enter your room from the carpark. I liked the bathroom glass round sink. The kitchen was spacious and clean.The beds were comfy and the shower was good.

It was a little old. There were some dirty marks on the dining room walls. It could do with a bit of a renovation, as the tiles were wearing down.

This place threw out any preconceptions I may have had had about motel's. The room was spacious and new with a huge bathroom and smart TV, the common area had books and board games and the staff were great staying open a little longer until we arrived to check in.

I have stayed in all the accommadions in Ayr and Traveller's would have to be the most modern and larger rooms than the others. Shame restaurant not open at $178 p/n twin room would be great if motel had a pool. Saying that a very short walk to waterpark.

The size of the room and bathroom facilities was great especially when staying for a few days.

The fridge is far too small, probably half a bar fridge size. Close to being useless. Couple of small maintenance issues could have been done before we moved in. But still ok

Well planned room, good bathroom, but no hair drier. Good wifi, good suitcase bench, complimentary water is a nice touch, plenty of hot water, Parking and access is easy, room is predictable clean and spacious. Multi plug with multiple usb is appreciated
