The room was clean. Tea and coffee were kept topped up. The staff were lovely and super helpful. The grounds were well looked after. They had a washing machine for the guests to use and a bbq. It had all the basics that we needed.

I do wish they had safety locks that were able to be locked from the inside. They only had the one push lock. We were in bed and the maid knocked on the door and said 'Hello'. We answered but she did not hear us (not her fault) and came in while we were in bed. It would have been nice for us to have been able to have locked the door from the inside so this did not happen.

Clean room. Tiled floors were great to walk on (ie. not sticky at all, like some hotels). The spa was good: nice and deep. Room had both AC and ceiling fan.

Only one thing, and it is something that the owners probably wouldn't find out without them being told. If you sit on the side of the bed, like when getting out of bed or sitting down to put and your shoes, there seems to be a spring on the edge that doesn't 'spring' and goes right up your clakka. If you move a bit to one side, you find another.

Owners were amazing, Clean and tidy rooms, Bathrooms where very clean and showers were great, Mark and Sharon even fitted us in with a last-minute booking to stay an extra day, lots of local knowledge and assistance with where to eat and visit, will definitely try and stay again if we are over Dalby way. The motel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Only minor things. Front door was hard to lock and needs adjusting, The sliding door to the bathroom was needing adjustment as was hard to open/close. As we only stayed overnight did not have a chance to advise staff.

We have stayed in most of the motels in Dalby over the years but this is the best in town, the staff from front desk to cleaners are always friendly, the rooms are always clean and if you need advice for travel or food ideas the front desk always goes out of their way to help.

The location suited my needs for both ANZAC Day and Picnic Race Day on the 26th April. Easy walk to the Dalby Leagues Club as well for Dinner and Lunch.

Not a great deal as the accommodation suited my needs.

Friendly staff. We booked in on a Saturday after 6pm, the reception was still open, and the lady was very friendly, I didn't feel rushed to book in, although it was late. I loved the clean and fresh linen on the beds. Pet friendly place which is a bonus. Location was great

Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Good location. Rooms are clean, spacious, and have everything in them you need. Beds are comfy. Surrounds of motel are kept lovely and tidy.

Room was very spacious, extremely clean and the bed was also nice and comfy...not a slab of concrete. I also have to commend the fact that they put the effort into the little things like brown coloured soft towels instead of the traditional white cardboard ones. Awesome BIG flat screen tv with heaps of Austar channels to choose from. The lady on front reception was also very pleasant and welcoming which is always nice after a massive day of driving.

The old window rattler box air cond unit......This was truly the only negative, everything else was fantastic for the price.

The room was clean, the beds were very comfy and the room was quiet despite the location. the staff went above and beyond in returning clothing I accidentally left behind. Good (older style) aircon and enormous TV!
