We enjoyed our stay. The park is quiet and the cabin was comfortable and clean. We were able to park our 4WD next to our cabin so this was convenient.

There were a few minor items that needed fixing in our cabin but once this was pointed out to the management they were prompt in attending to our needs. Be aware that if the boom gate is open during the day, you will still need to enter your code before entering or you cannot open the exit boom later in the day!!! It would have been helpful if this had been explained to us.

The location. Loved the marina and jetty being so close. Nice afternoon walk that was an easy stroll from the cabin.

There was mould in the bathroom in the grout which would be an easy fix. Several light bulbs were blown. Ceiling fan in kitchen not operating properly. The floors felt unclean and dusty grimy. Could do with a good mop. Generally the cabin was in good condition just needs these minor points to be addressed.

The friendliness of the staff from the very beginning of our arrival. Thank you Vicki for checking us in & the upgrade. You made us feel very welcome. Our cabin (24) was delightful & great location. Our 4 night stay was really great especially our tour to Fraser Island. Again thanks Vicki for booking & organising that tour for us. BIG 4 Breeze is a lovely place to stay. Maybe needs a couple more washing machines. Thanks again BIG 4.

Sand flies.

It was wonderful to be able to walk to the bay and see the sun set. Food vans were an absolute bonus - best Thai I've ever eaten Beautifully maintained grounds (it's just a shame the council didn't' maintain their side of the boundaries.) Loved how dog friendly it was (not many places allow dogs in the cabins). We will be back because of this.

That the three days went so quickly. No, in all honesty it was a perfect stay!

Clean, friendly staff, family orientated and close to the boat ramp. We hired kayaks and had fun exploring even though it was low tide.

It’s a fair way out of town so we had to drive every time we needed something in town. There also only one aircon/heater in the two bedroom cabin so we were a bit chilly at night.

Been coming to Rainbow for 35 years. Only used the cabins twice so far and they are great.

These are just minor and fixable. The cabins need some maintenance. Toilets dripping all night. Fan switch loose. Broken seat. Vanity in bathroom and doors all swollen from inferior quality.

Property well maintained, cabin clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels, bedding etc. Very comfortable.

I was unable to cast to the smart TV using my own hotspot. The TV accepted the Hotspot password but I was still unable to cast. A small side table near the couch would have been good to sit a drink, phone on while watching TV.

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to experience much but the park is well maintained with lots of grassed, shaded areas.

The flooring in our cabin was very badly damaged & should be replaced. We unfortunately chose a cabin with a double bed, I assumed a full size bed would be a queen size, so it was too small for us.

Staff were amazing! So helpful and happy. Check in was very busy when we arrived. The ladies had us all checked in and the wait wasn't long at all. Best customer Service we received at any accommodation so far.

We had to leave! And the plover holding up the swing in the kids playground. Haha. It was a nice learning experience for the kids though to respect the wild life.

Location was great. Park clean and tidy. Cabin tidy. Was only a one night stop over as was driving to the big 4 in airlie beach

Cabins a little dated. Spoilt as comparing to big 4 airlie which is perhaps not entirely fair. But would stay again. The park just has a price point given the what facilities
