I stayed 2 nights at Debbie's on my own, having travelled from the UK. I'm not used to travelling on my own, and Debbie made me feel so comfortable. She kindly picked me up from the bus stop, which is only a 5 minute walk, but when you're in strange place, that can be quite daunting. There's a lovely supermarket, pizza place and fish & chips a couple of minutes walk away, and more shops, cafes, Spar shop, souvenir shops, chemist & restaurants about 10 minutes walk, and also the beautiful beach, which is quieter in the week, and so peaceful. The Carlos Sand Blow is breath taking & Debbie gave me a lift most of the way there, which was a lifesaver! If I ever came back to Oz, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Debbie.

Debbie has thought of absolutely everything! From the multiple hooks for your clothes in the bathroom, to 2 baggage support stands to the multiple charging stations throughout their accommodation and the abundance of beautiful Manchester and kitchen supplies. The shower out to the private garden was a surprise for a modest couple but it challenged our standards of risktaking!!!! We are so thankful to Debbie for making us feel so incredibly welcome in her gorgeous little town. We would absolutely stay with Debbie again each time we visit Rainbow Beach, which is a great launch point for a Fraser Island tour

Would rate it higher if I could. Debbie was absolutely fabulous. Gave us the most amazing welcome - even supplied us with a huge handful of Yorkshire teabags for a taste of home during our stay. Room was immaculate and beautifully decorated with a great parking space just outside the room. Location was fab. Short walk to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants. We arrived an hour earlier so visited the local sports club first who signed us in with no issues, very friendly place. They confirmed we'd picked well when we told them where we were staying. Will definitely return to Debbie's the next time we're in the area. Thank you Debbie :)

This was a quick stopover on the way to Fraser Island as tides were not favourable. Just off the main thoroughfare, Debbie's Place is easy to find, a short walk to all amenities, a little further if you're looking at going to the beach. We stayed in a one bedroom studio, beautifully decorated and sparkling clean with a car park straight out the front for easy access. Free Netflix to boot! We are coming back for round two on our trip back from Fraser in June... this time a two bedroom with friends :)

There is some road noise associated with the convenience store deliveries across the road, otherwise a perfect night's stay.

We loved everything about Debbie’s place!! The entire room was stunning and had a large en-suite. The tv in the bedroom had Netflix which was perfect as our weather wasn’t the best! The location is amazing, a short walk away from the beach, a couple of cafes, and restaurants and bars. Debbie was such a lovely host & went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had a good stay e.g., providing milk on arrival for tea and bringing us to and from our bus stop. We would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Debbie!

Beautiful Decor, spacious room - loved the high ceilings, the bathroom was gorgeous with the tall glass window and filtering light, super comfy and large bed, relaxing, loved the hanging plants everywhere creating a peaceful sanctuary. Felt like a beautiful home rather than a hotel. The kitchenette area we didn't use but was very well equipped.

The front patio did not have a latch. Being next to reception I was expecting someone may open the door looking for staff, however we had no issues. A latch would be great.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotless, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The quiet, leafy surroundings added a sense of tranquility that made it easy to relax and unwind. The shower was fantastic, with excellent water pressure that made each morning refreshing. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat!

Very clean and comfortable room, I loved the interior. The room had a smart TV (was able to stream my own YouTube and watch Netflix). Cutlery, tea towel, cleaning wipe, glasses and cups, salad bowl, veggie peeler and a fridge were all supplied, which I loved. Kettle and microwave were also part of the kitchenette. Comfy bed, plenty of cushions (always a plus) and a spacious, spotless bathroom. I had two outdoor sitting areas all to myself and connected to my room. Private entrance from the road which felt nice and secluded. Overall very happy.

Kicking off my east coast road trip in Rainbow Beach, I could not have been more pleased to have got a booking in Debbie's Place! On arrival I was greeted by a warm, welcoming lady (who I am going to assume is Debbie but I'm not actually sure!) who explained to me the amenities available to my room, and offered me milk for the fridge for a cup of tea (much welcomed as a brit away from home!). I clearly hadn't paid that much attention to when booking as there was a lovely set up complete with fridge, microwave, outdoor bbq, toaster and coffee machine. There was even an ironing board and iron. Debbie's place is conveniently located near to an IGA grocery store, fish and chip shop and a laundrette, which would have been used more if I had been staying longer. My room (room 1) was immaculately clean and tidy, and very well presented in calming blue theme. The fan and air conditioning were great, and very welcomed having walked from the Greyhound bus stop; this is only a short walk but in the heat with a suitcase it was warm! Rainbow Beach itself is very cute and has plenty to offer - independent cafes, bars and a post office. The gift shops were also well stocked with lots of options to browse. The bird life here is incredible to watch and hear, be prepared to hear lorikeets and cockatoos. I did a day trip to K'Gari very easily from here which I would also recommend. I really enjoyed my stay here, and felt very safe in this location. It was quiet and peaceful and I genuinely feel recharged after my stay here. I hope to be back, and thank Debbie's Place for the hospitality.

An easy 10/10, everything about this place is just perfect and there’s no bad thing to say about it. Cleanliness ✅ Value for money ✅✅✅ And Debbie the owner of the hotel is a lovely lady that also gave us recommendations of what to do in rainbow beach. Would defiantly recommend this place to anyone travelling to or through rainbow beach and I know for sure that the next time I’ll be there Debbie’s place is the only option for me!!
