The moment we arrived we felt calm and detached from our city life. The house was well equipped and clean. Every day there was constant change in the bush surroundings. We all enjoyed watching the kangaroos, birds ,large lizards and the albino bush turkey all from the comfort of the house. The beach is a short 5min drive and so beautiful with so few people. The pub is 5min drive if you don't want to cook. You can hire sups to use on the lake or do the canoe tour. Or play tennis ,swim , or just do nothing. We will definitely be returning. I would highly recommend this property.

This was truly an unforgettable getaway for our group. It was our end of year U11 footy breakup. House was very spacious and perfect for our team, kitchen was well equipped for our bbq night and general meals. We held our presentation in the communal area, perfectly spacious for everyone especially having the pool + games area to keep the kids well entertained. This resort is perfect for a family reunion, or a simple family or romantic getaway from the hustle n bustle of reality. The surroundings of nature and curious kangaroos was the perfect icing on the cake. We had a slight issue with the gas stove, nothing the on-site manager couldn’t fix - he was lovely and very efficient🫶🏽

Beautiful house, large and airy. Comfortable sofas and bed. Huge en-suite with shower and spa bath. Two outside decks and a large screen room. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Large pool area clean and well kept. Surrounded by birds with kangaroos on the “village green” in front of our house! Magnificent, empty beach a few minutes away. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and it was really hard to leave!

Floors were very dirty had to wear socks or slides in the house so feet weren’t dirty/black some dead cockroaches around the place but it’s to be expected due to location Master bedroom tv would turn on by itself early hours in morning waking my parents up from sleep a few times had to take plug out of wall

Having multiple families under one roof was fantastic. The house was so spacious that we weren’t in each other’s pockets but could come together when we wanted. The leisure centre was fabulous and spent a lot of time down there. Check in was an easy process and staff were lovely.

The lack of cleanliness. Dishes didn’t seem like they had been washed and kitchen/living space had dirty floors.

need more kitchen equipment to use and to keep it clean stove wasn't clean. only 2 dishwasher tablets & washing machine sachets. when we asked they hardly provided us with another sachets to wash our clothes. shop before you head there as there's $15 payment for every time you want to go in or out of noosa north shore

Great place to gather with a large group. A quieter area that suits people that want to gather with families. The rec centre facilities are amazing. The area is unique and handy to beach and lake. Not too expensive.

Supplies are hard to get and it would have made it much nicer if extra toilet paper and paper towels and more dishwashing towels were available as you are likely to do all your cooking there. But they do warn you so I guess we should have brought more too.

We booked two houses and they were lovely. Well styled and big with lounge rooms and seperate sunrooms. The management were so helpful and always available and happy to assist us with everything we needed. Check in was super easy and felt very safe and secure in our holiday homes.

The pool area is separate and not easily accessible to the homes.

A stylish and comfortable stay amongst beautiful bushland with access to the beach nearby. For families who love their space, creature comforts of home and plenty of outdoor activities, this is the perfect place to be. We appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle. The decor of the home is gorgeous. Such a nice space for everyone to stretch out or meet together on the patio or lounge, this was the ideal setting. We love beach 4WDing so this adds to the experience. Overall, staying at the Beach Rd - Holiday Homes, is like glamping only better!

Nothing negative to say

It's been some time since I've visited here and it is just as exceptional as I recall. Love the isolation; that you are there with other people but rarely feel like you are. Now that the children are big enough to appreciate it, they are definitely looking forward to going again!
