Location was nice and provided close walk to beach and close walk to coffee shops

The work desk for laptop did not provide a power point to charge laptop - the power point that was there was taken up by modem - a double adapter would have been great as i had to charge at the kitchen bench and most part worked on my laptop at the kitchen bench while plugged into power. on arrival no one at office between the check in times and the numbers on the office window rang out. Luckly the cleaning lady came around the corner and she rang staff to get me sorted. Worked out the staff member was in the basement with no internet coverage so wasn't aware i was there. Maybe add to signage that if no answer the staff member could be in the basement but not sure how that would assist me anyway as at the point i did not know where the basement was.

As a writer, I truly appreciated the peace and quiet of White Shell Apartment — it was the perfect place to relax and create. The moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The apartment is beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The large balcony with open doors really expanded the living space and let in the fresh coastal breeze. I loved starting my mornings with a walk along the nearby beach, followed by a delicious coffee and breakfast at The Messy Hen. The big dining table was ideal for both entertaining friends and spreading out my work. A wonderful stay — I’d return in heart beat!

Wonderful stay! Spacious & comfortable apartment for the family in an excellent location close to the beach. There's a couple of small cafès in walking distance or the SLSC a longer walk / short drive away... we also got groceries at IGA not too long a drive away. Very much enjoyed the pool and spa on the rooftop accompanied by fabulous views! We were blessed by glorious weather on the long weekend when we stayed which just made it extra special!

Not much to fault! There was a tiny leaky roof issue and at one point the lift wasn't working BUT the staff were super on it for both, readily on call and gave us some choccies which was a very nice gesture.

The apartment was fantastic, clean with all the amenities that we needed. We had a plunge pool that was which was very clean, beach towels were supplied and together with sun lounges made a very enjoyable stay. Underground parking with 2 car parks made it easy to get to our apartment and convenient to unload/load our car. The added bonus was the apartment was on the ground floor which gave us easy access to Marcoola beach (only about 3-minute walk) The apartment building had an outdoor pool, cold spa and hot spa on the roof and again everything was clean and tidy. We could certainly see that the apartment was well run, and the building managers really cared about ensuring that everything was clean and tidy. Will defiantly be staying there again.

I liked everything about this place. Loved it even! The apartment itself is beautiful and well-appointed. The front and back balconies, as well as the rooftop terrace, including a big spa, made it difficult to choose where to hang out. The view of Mt Coolum can't be beat, speshly from the spa located in the ensuite bathroom. I would definitely stay here again, in fact, I really hope to! The process for me to check in outside of office hours was very straightforward.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Pool, spa, close to beach, great kitchen set up (cupboards a bit high for short people like us!) but great number and size of pots/pans and crockery. Beds were amazing.

Thought we would be able to stream Disney+ etc for kids, but couldn't see how to do that, as seemed to be only foxtel or regular TV. might have been us jot doing it right, but should have packed son's fav DVD. Didn't like having to leave! Haha Just be aware fans in the bathroom/toilet/laundry are very loud, not a bad thing, just good to know.

We booked a 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a pool. The apartment we got was actually a 2 bedroom each with ensuite. More than we required as a couple but very well appointed. The pool was great to cool off. Rooftop pool also great. It was very quiet and relaxing and rarely saw any other guests or residents. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. I couldn’t fault this accommodation and one of the nicest places I have stayed.Good communication from manager re check in process and directions. We arrived earlier than expected so-checked to see if unit ready which it wasn’t but given access to roof top pool to cool off while we waited.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The apartment was very spacious and light and airy. We were upgraded which was great. Big beautiful balcony that captured the morning sunshine was heaven each morning. The staff are so lovely and friendly. The rooftop pool and spas were fabulous. Location great if after peace and quiet.

Apartment could do with a few small repairs here and there - but nothing that impacted our holiday.

Modern great location pool a godsend, underground parking

Nothing really couple of small things slightly light on pots and pans, fridge door handle missing, glass shower door didn’t close properly, and I couldn’t get the fans in the main room working but that may have been me.

Everything, it was exactly what we wanted. We upgraded to have our own pool and it was a great relaxing holiday. The outdoors area was massive!

The only thing we can fault the place on is it is in need of a deep clean - a lot of mould in the kitchen sink & bathrooms, fans covering thick dust and under the couch. But we could live with it although I wanted to buy cleaning products and scrub it 🤪
