Nice clean room with a nicely equipped kitchenette area.Great if you need a longer stay.Would be ideal if you needed accommodation because you had a family member in the nearby hospital.We enjoyed the balcony to sit out even though it was winter.It was equipped with a nice table and 2 chairs.There are nearby fast food places and coffee shop.Also a Coles food store a short drive away. Watch for hotel sign and driveway just before the final turn your SATNAV might give you. We were visiting from Canada and came to Nambour to catch up with an old friend.Also visited Australia Zoo which was only about a half hour drive away.Hope we’ll be back again one day.

We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the manager when we arrived. We were expecting to find a lock box with a key. She was so lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The beds were really comfortable and the place was so quiet we didn't hear a thing. Even the cleaners we so happy and friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay here. When we arrived at our next destination, we realised our daughter had left behind a much loved fluffy toy. She was so upset, but thankfully, the staff had kept it in a safe place for us to be posted back home. We were so grateful for that.

Nothing at all I like every think about my stay

The check-in was with a friendly chap, the room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and you had the option of 2 pillows each. There is a fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster in the kitchenette that also has a sink to wash your dishes. The bathroom is also spacious with good shower and includes shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles for your use. The carpark is covered with mesh for shade. There is a patio out the back with table and chairs with a nice view. There is also a lovely small, salted pool to cool off in. Overall it was an enjoyable one night stay. It is right opposite the big hospital but that didn't matter, and we didn't walk around to explore the area as we had a car so went exploring. It's a 5 minute drive from the main street of Nambour.

The only thing to say here is the entrance to the Motel is a bit tricky as you go through the set of lights coming from Nambour and then you turn right, but it looks like you're going into the Podiatry building car park instead. The sign for the Motel was not that obvious sitting on the ground we felt, and the Motel is set well in off the road.

The room was well laid out with microwave, toaster, fridge etc. We had a balcony overlooking grass and trees. It was set well back off the road, so we had a quiet night.

It is self-check-in, so there was no-one around if we had any questions. However, they are set up for that - eg they have the WiFi code in the room. The main thing which upset me was that they asked you to leave the windows open in the bathroom (because of steam, I guess). However, one window had no flyscreen, and it was in a gardened area where one could perhaps find mosquitos.

Clean, friendly staff, good location.

We were literally straight across from the hospital. It was in a good location. Some good places not far from the motel aswell. We had dinner at the fish and chip place near the entrance. The pool was open and the kids had a swim. The aircon was extremely nice and cold. They let us know where our key was as we missed the office it closes at 6pm. Our room was so hot and stuffy so called the number and answered straight away. We didn’t realise we had to put the black keyring in the power bit! She was lovely and helpful.

The pool was small but deeep. It also smelt bad and it was abit murky but we weren’t sure if it was the colour of bottom as was nearing night time. The kids ended up jumping out would be good to know if the pool is safe to swim in or not like have a sign up.

The room was spacious and with the kitchenette it allowed us to make ourselves some tea and toast for breakfast. The Bed was comfortable and the shower was clean and plenty of hot water.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the key to turn power to the room and despite fiddling with it some of my electrical items struggled to turn on properly for some reason.. I had to fiddle with the a/c to get it to work as well and I believe it could possibly be cause from a bad connection at the switch where the key slides into. This form of inadequate power can damage sensitive equitment like computers etc etc unfortunately.

Nambour Heights Motel was clean and tidy. It was nice and quiet, no rowdy guests even in peak school holiday time. The staff were friendly and happy to have a chat. The bed was really comfortable and there was a good brand of instant coffee on offer in my room (two things that I appreciated the most, I think). It’s no frills but still a really nice place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The room was spotlessly clean, kitchenette filled with all the things you could need like fridge, kettle, sink, microwave, toaster, cutlery, plates ect. Balcony had a lovely view of the mountains, clean pool down below & excellent air con. Large rooms with large bathroom, no squeezing around anywhere with very comfortable beds! Motel was easy to locate, ample parking available & lovely staff on check in. Also lovely staff who helped get my aircon going within a minute of me calling the front desk. Overall a really nice place to stay, will be back for sure.
