Great Villa that was secluded, clean, fresh with nice fragrances, and had a very comfortable bed. Staff were warm and friendly, and the food at the restaurant was excellent.

The couch in the villa had a musty smell. At the high price point for this villa, we also felt let down that each of us did not receive a complimentary drink and side dish of vegetables with our dinner. The breakfast came with bottled orange juice not freshly squeezed juice. Last, the Smart TV appeared to offer a goodly number of streaming services, but most were not available, which was also disappointing at the very high price point for the villa. In summary, we expected a platinum level service, but instead received a silver-to-gold one.

We loved the food and wines were good. The cooking school experience was fantastic. And we loved having a fireplace in our accommodation

I thought that having no onsite spa or relaxation centre was a bit of a downer. The room could use an update but was cosy, and having to pay extra for the wine pairing, etc, was disappointing considering the package included dinners already. It also would have been nice to have private (non public) access to the river with seating facilities.

Our entire experience from the moment we arrived was intimate and we were truly made to feel like VIP guests. The room was set-up to impress, taking us into a world of luxury from the moment we stepped in. The PERFECT winter get-away with the fireplace & private hot tub.

Staff great. restaurant dinner & breakfast great. Also enjoyed happy hour the night before.

The view from the cabin was ordinary. The lights along the road to cabin 14 were not illuminated so the walk back from dinner was a bit challenging.

Each room has its own hot tub and is set in a private and peaceful environment in the middle of beautiful nature - a wonderful mix of landscaped gardens and grown forest. It is truly beautiful.

I liked everything

Spacious, beautiful decor, double shower, hot tub and fire place. Short 5 min walk to Gardener's Falls. Tropical birds sounds and tranquil environment.

Their on-site Spa was closed, however we used their sister hotel in Mountville, 12 min drive through spectacular mountain top scenery! The town is an area you simply must visit!!

Overall the experience was superb! Everything from the room, food, service, down to the full wifi coverage throughout the facilities for convenience. The staff were very friendly and always happy to assist if required. Looking forward to our next booking with spicers!

great service, rooms are very spacious and private. Restaurant is amazing, so tasty

Rooms were hard to heat. Open fireplace was smokey and air conditioners did not seem to get the cabin warm enough

The property was beautiful. The staff was really welcoming, and informative.

The smell from the incense was over powering. It gave me a headache, and I had sinuse issues the whole stay. Asian food is the only option.

Everything is so private, there’s so much space from other guests. The on-site restaurant is a destination in itself, attentive staff and creative, delicious dishes. The apartments, especially the bedrooms, are very conducive to relaxing.

On-site Spa treatments would be great again.
