Good location, with restaurants nearby, and easy reach to Maleny and Montville .

Tired decor, broken blinds, cobwebs, bulbs blown. Needs a little attention to detail and it could be a much better facility. Although staff were very helpful and know doubt the price reflects the age of the cottages.

It was close to Mary Cairncross Park. We enjoyed the view towards Coolum. There were 2 very good restaurants with takeaway menus close by. It was also handy to the road north to Montville. Our room was very quiet at night (the highway is quite close but we could only hear the traffic from the balcony, and we had no noise from the motel next door) The little bar fridge had a small freezer where I could refreeze my freezer bricks.

The bar fridge had a broken bottom shelf in the door. This meant we had nowhere to stand our milk or wine bottles upright when opened. Underneath the bed needed vacuuming. Not an easy job, but needs doing fairly regularly. Just little things. Otherwise the room was very clean.

We have stayed in both Maleny and Montville many times over many years but Maleny Terrace Cottages was the most comfortable and super quiet venue. The property consists of 6 self-contained cottages, ours had a spa bath, super comfortable bed, fridge, warm aircon, balcony with amazing views (cottage 6). We stayed in winter but there is a pool for warmer months. Each cottage is allocated 1 car park space but there is additional parking on the street. 2 minute walk to tasty (and very busy) restaurants so be sure to make a booking. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Very romantic weekend!

The cottages are cosy and set up well, including bathrobes for guests and choices of tea and coffee. Loved the jacuzzi tub as well, definitely a treat during a cold rainy weekend.

Parking was not great, though they technically had enough spaces for each guest a few of the spaces were inaccessible due to the set up of the area. Some of the fixtures in the room/bathroom were outdated, which is only a visual drawback as everything was in perfect working order.

Unavailability of parking. Although the establishment indicated that our booking included use of one parking bay, the parking was full when we returned to our room on Saturday night, and we had to find parking off-site. Very unfortunate, especially for guests returning from an event that requires formal dress, and it rains. I suggest that parking is marked and specifically allocated to units to better manage the use of parking bays by guests.

Location was easy to find and short drive to the various sightseeing locations of Maleny and Monteville. Shane's customer service was exceptional and ensured we were kept up to date (even with an unexpected power outage!). We were offered a refund for our final night due to the outage, however as we were out sightseeing, then spent the afternoon by the pool and went out for dinner, we were unaffected by the outage. We were happy the power in the area came back on after a few hours and we were able to enjoy our last night in this fantastic and quaint stay!

While the Balinese hut picnic area had views to die for, there was some road noise. This was not something the owners could fix though due to its convenient location! Amazing additional space for guests to utilise and enjoy the views. Also important to note that while the road noise was audible from the viewing hut, our room was silent and tranquil! No issues there! Very happy!

This was a lovely room with beautiful furniture and lovely comfy beds. The views from the balconies were wonderful.

Water pressure in the shower is not sufficient to wash long hair. A continental breakfast was offered in the information pack in the room, but when we asked we were told they do not do that any more. We would have purchased supplies if we had have known.

Comfortable accommodation, nice and private.

There was an issue with the toilet door sticking on the tiles which at times made it difficult to access. The room could do with a little attention to things like cobwebs along the ceiling, and some additional heating at this time of year. The air conditioner is nice but puts out a very dry heat.

I loved the room. It was suitable for everything we needed. They even provided a little cheese board and knives for us to cut up some cheese and sausage and have as a snack! I also loved the spa bath. It was very relaxing.

Perhaps a small table for our suitcase or even a suitcase stand would have been helpful but not essential. Other than that it was very pleasant!

Loved everything about it but my god!! The bed was amazing a real bed on a real frame. So comfortable. Everything u need and a spa bath. Privacy and a balcony out back of your cottage. Loved it didnt want to leave and uber delivers. However there's a Lil place to eat 1min walk across the cul d sac and 5mins walk shops.
