I loved the room we stayed at because it was quiet and we had a good nights rest. The apartment was clean and we enjoyed the spa and the pool.

- We weren’t sure if we could use the gym or sauna as we weren’t told about it and only found out near the end of our stay. You also needed to go to reception to get a key but we weren’t told about this upon check in. - We would have appreciated to know in advance that the room we booked had two other locked bedrooms. - the apartment is missing some key items in the kitchen like a chopping board (there’s knives and vegetable peeler but no board to chop the food on). - it would be great if the map had the location of where we can find the bin and recycling or be told upon check in where they are located.

Friendly staff, good location and large, well-appointed room. Room was clean, although the cupboards smelled a bit musty. I did find a cockroach in the kettle but being an ex-Qlder, I understand how they often fly in from outside, so wasn't too worried.

-Wifi didn't work -No salt or pepper sachets -The day before I checked out, there were works being carried out in the room next to me (a privately owned apartment). Lots of noisy power tools including an industrial vacuum and grinder on the other side of the bedroom wall. They started at 7am and didn't stop until late afternoon. Reception did offer for me to switch rooms, but as I was checking out the next day I declined. They gave me a late checkout instead, which was much appreciated.

Very nice complex. Very clean and spacious. Modern decor, comfortable bed. Everything you need is within 1 block. Amazing gourmet bakery nearby.

Strange process to access sauna and gym. You had to exit the building, go to reception and swap room key for gym key. Then go an internal path to get to gym because the room key had the security fob and gym key doesn't. This means you can only go to the gym or sauna during staffed reception hours. The car park space allocated to room was between concrete pillars and was too narrow to fit Musso ute. Staff were nice enough to allow us to park out front for our 1 night stay.

Excellent everything. Great sized living, bedroom + 2 bathrooms. Will request room again. Pool good temp and size. Lagoon pool good for kids. Close to shops and beach. Nice views. Nice walk to mooloolaba along boardwalk. Would highly recommend this Resort. This is the 2nd time I have been there and it is now my Sunshine Coast go to Resort. Staff were amazing too. Very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too hard. Thankyou Oaks Seaforth for another brilliant memory

Car park space I had was between 2 cemement pylons and was very hard to park. I would not have been able to park if my daughter did not get out of car to guide me. Also room did not have a couple of essential items. First was an egg flip and the 2nd was an oven type casserole dish. Everything bowl like was either wooden or for the microwave only. Easy fix though

The pools & gardens were fantastic and even had wild life birds, lizards & bats and walking distance to cafes, shops and beach Lovely spot we had a wonderful week & staff were friendly, it was lovely & quite time when we stayed 🥰 definitely recommend staying here for all ages & great for family’s too. We had a fantastic week, Thankyou 🥰

Only just couple maintenance things in the apartment if want tobe real fussy but we weren’t to fussed about nothing major & we advised staff on. It was beautiful and clean and lovely & quite definitely recommend staying here Thankyou

Staff were amazing, so much so that I would like to enquire about any rooms weather, Studio, or 1 brm appartments which may look at renting out for permanent rental or close to it if you could please assist me in finding out who and how could I make this possible. Kind regards ..Jayde x

Early checkout that's really the only thing both me and my daughter Marley didn't like. We are so grateful for your hospitality so much so that on the Saturday night we stayed my daughter was already asking if we could ask if a full time rental may be an option . These past couple of years has been really difficult for both of us .with my car accident. And then the death of my partner this could actually be the fresh new begging that we both truly deserve listen thanks again.. The Lagoons and main pool were great and gardens kept clean and maintained everything was organised and made our stay enjoyable and easy to find things. Staff were amazing and friendly! Will be back again this year!

This is feedback for improvement - WIFI strength not strong enough for online streaming and requesting guests to use their own hotspot. Guests pay enough money for the facilities and room, so online streaming should be a given and included in the accommodation as part of the service. In-house guest passwords for Wi,FI public access didn't work but used staff access instead so thank you. Toilet buttons and seat were broken but reported to reception.

Beautifully manicured tropical gardens and clean pool areas. The man made beach lagoon was stunning - felt more like a resort! Quiet location but still handy to Maroochydore & Mooloolaba. Gorgeous ocean and sunrise views. Beach access across the road. Handy shops just outside entrance. Spacious clean and well maintained stylish apartment. Undercover parking. Good value compared to hotels in Mooloolaba. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

The three bedroom apartment had plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 teenagers) and was very clean and modern. The shops out the front of the complex were handy and we loved being able to cross the road to get to the beach. We enjoyed accessing the pools. The gym looked well set up (we didn't make time to use it). The room was well equipped with plates, cutlery, etc. We didn't cook, so didn't pay attention to the relevant supplies for that.

We stayed outside of school holidays for a lower rate. We could never justify the price during the peak period. It was quiet while we were there. I'm not sure the pool, etc would accommodate the large number of units in the complex.

The location was fantastic, and the accommodation was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, and the complex featured a pool and gym. Designated car parking was also provided. The room itself was cozy, and you are given some basics to get started, such as sachets of tea, coffee, and milk. However, it would have been nice to have more basic supplies for an apartment, including paper towels and a larger range of pans for cooking. Overall, it was an excellent stay.
