This would have to be one of the best locations for a Christmas holiday with family. The apartment was everything we could have asked for and more. Beautiful views, lots of room, and a cool ocean breeze every afternoon. Close to all amenities, such as pubs, cafes, convenience stores, and restaurants. If you don't want to take the car, you could catch the bus to take you to the Shopping Centres! Thank you, Jason, for making us so welcome!

The location of the property was fantastic with a beautiful view. The apartment was clean with plenty of space and storage, each bedroom was generously sized with comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and sofas were comfortable. Loved the little touches like games, books and puzzles. There were also trolleys to help take your luggage from your car to your apartment and free secure under cover parking. We were traveling with my parents and our two young children (3 y/o and 5 y/o) and it was great for all ages. We all had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend.

There was nothing we didn’t like

Great view of the sea from the 8th floor. If you want an ocean view, go higher than 3 levels. Very easy access to a long, open beach with nice sand, straight across Aerodrome Road and a small park. Walk to Mooloolaba and further, or around to Cotton Tree to the north. Criminal Coffee is a 3-minute walk, or the Blackbird Cafe underneath is very nice. Criminal roast their own so probably have the edge. Near Criminal Cafe is a delicious Indian restaurant (eat-in or take-away). Half an hour's walk to Sunshine Plaza for shopping and groceries up Aerodrome Road. The Boatshed in Cotton Tree is a lovely restaurant on the river. Just a nice, flat and easy-to-walk area. A pool and spa are behind the building. Good waves and not too cold for June swimming. Very easy and relaxing. Jason, the manager, was great to deal with and invites guests to express any requirements they'd prefer rather than not be happy. The lift is quick and the recycling rubbish shutes on each floor are handy, although some fool put KFC food down it - not a good idea.

Close, tall building to the left of Key Largo but kept the kitchen blind down so not a problem.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great start, the office was unattended when we arrived at 4. Phoned ten times to try make contact to be able to check in. One call was answered with a WHAT and then hung up. We were starting to worry we would have to find alternative accommodation. After 45 minutes manager turned up smelling strongly of alcohol. On booking apartment both phone number and email are both supplied might have been great to email and supply details of how to get to our room. Wasn’t a great way to start our break away in the perfect apartment.

apartment lacking expected essentials -: hairdryer, can opener - had to buy them. Only 3 mugs - should be 6. Balcony furniture useless and very uncomfortable - unable to sit out there for more than 10 minutes - need to replace .

Absolutely loved the location, with great access to beautiful beaches and interesting shopping areas. Views from the apartment were stunning from all the living areas. The managers were pleasant and very accommodating. We enjoyed Key Largo more than we could have anticipated.

The key/fob apartment entry system. Since we had six adults in the apartment, the limitation of 2 key/fobs required constant attention as the various occupants enjoyed beach/shopping/walks/restaurants etc.. Ideally, each of the 6 occupants would have had their own key, allowing for unlimited freedom to come and go at their leisure. We appreciated the security aspect of the system that was in place, but adjusting to a more flexible system where each adult would have their own key, would be significant and welcome improvement.

Beautiful location and the views from the room were fantastic. The place was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfy. The internet speeds were also great.

The kids did manage to lock their bedroom door (from the outside) and we couldn't get back in but the manager was quick to respond and open the door back up.

Lovely interior of 2br apartment, cooking facilities, balcony with outdoor chairs and table. Kids enjoyed the games and pencils. Comfortable beds. Good air-conditioning. Excellent location near the beach, short walk to coffee spots and supermarket and car hire. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent pool and spa facilities. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing stay.

Some dust and clutter, and blinds don't keep out the sun (awake early, but upside is it motivated me to go for a walk!) Also lots of water in bathroom after shower, towels always wet.

Our 9th floor apartment was fantastic. Views to die for. Loved hearing the sea crashing in. Comfortable bed. Close to lots of amenities Jason is the perfect manager, friendly, knowledgeable & great with communications

Nothing really. Did find the traffic noise loud during the day.

Great location for getting to the beach easily. Easy access into the building. Wonderful facilities in Spa, sauna and pool.

The entry and exit to the underground carpark could be marked as keep right to assist in using the control panels.
