Great location, close to beach. Fantastic sea views. Good size apartment with full kitchen and lounge. Main bedroom large with great sea view and sea breeze. 2 double rooms are smaller but were fine, and 1 bed faced great sea view as well. Comfy bed, good linen & towels. Apartment has thick curtains to block out lights & morning sun if you wanted to. Traffic noise at night, but shut the windows, turned on air-conditioning, and it was all good. Didn't hear any noise from other rooms. No ensuite, but bathroom has double shower, and there's a separate toilet with it's own sink. Beach umbrella available too which was a bonus thank you. 2 lifts. Great pool area. On-site undercover parking (thank you). Cafes & restaurants in same area.

Would be good if few more spaces allocated to large suvs/4wds only as other vehicles have plenty of room.

The location, 5 minutes' walk from the beach, was excellent. The sea view would have been better from a higher floor, but was quite nice. Unfortunately, it was too warm and humid to sit on the balcony, and we spent almost all our free tiime cooling off in the airconditioned comfort of the apartment. I liked the firmness of my bed, but it wouldn't necessarily be to everyone's taste. Overall, the unit was well-equipped with all the basic necessities needed for a comfortable short stay.

The reception area was unattended virtually the whole time we were there; it was fortunate we didn't need additional toilet paper and didn't experience any serious maintenance issues. We ended up having to purchase beach towels as we were unable to borrow or hire these from Reception. Access to the under-building car park was a bit challenging with a larger vehicle, but we managed to secure a spot in the street outside for the duration of our stay, thanks to my daughter's disabled status. A couple of extra amenities in the apartment (facial tissues, sugar, salt/pepper) would have been a nice touch

Loved that parking was provided and easy. Loved the location, bars and restaurants are walking distance. We like Op-shopping and had a ton of them all along the street. The unit was clean, bright and airy. It was also cosy, well equipped, large bathroom and shower. Loved the little balcony to sit on, watch the world go by, spent the last afternoon just reading and wining, enjoying the sea breezes on it with the bedroom and lounge sliding doors open, so nice to leave them open and feel both secure and no bugs. Our unit had an awesome view of the ocean. No noisy neighbours. Love, love, loved the pool, great little tropical garden setting and pool was a good size.

Nothing, want to go back.

The location was great close to everything super convenient; the coffee shop downstairs is amazing. Great pool and the beds were comfy plenty of space for my two kids to run around.

we hated the car park! it sounds silly but with two kids in our car it was so crammed trying to get everything out - and was pretty dangerous to try and get into off the road. I also didn't like the fact that you never had any human interaction with the owners of the place. It was very transactional - but i guess that's just how it is these days.

A superb 3 bedroom Apt. Perfect for my children and I. Loved the sea views from all rooms, loved the huge balcony and the views! and the pool on site. A trifle dated for some but perfect for us. It must be remembered that the building was the first built in Maroochydore and the views and location far outweigh the older-style building. The caretakers were fantastic. Helpful, friendly and responsive. We misplaced our keys - quickly resolved. The oven did not work - was replaced within 4 hours and to top it off my children made friends with the caretakers children, so that was fun for all. And it's opposite Macca's and the main shops - my children loved that! And better still has the best Indian Restaurant I've eaten from for many years. This was on the same road - further up on the left opposite the beach. A fantastic location. Easy secure parking and suprisingly quiet location - despite being on the main road. We will be back.

If you are looking for a super modern, super stylish Apt then this is not it but it was perfect for us. The views were amazing, the beds were comfy and the staff were lovely and excellent. The Apt styling was not really in keeping with a beach theme - they tried but it was perfect for children. With improved styling I am sure this Apt would cost so much more.

Loved everything about this apartment. Locations very convenient for what we wanted to do. Views fantastic and the beds great. Only one small thought - the car park outside of building got taken by people using the public laundry so had to at times park the car down another street and walk back to the apartment. other than that...we loved our stay and will be back for sure. Over and beyond with extra furnishings and equipment.

The family running the apartments are absolutely lovely. Very professional, extremely friendly and always accommodating by going above and beyond to help our family enjoy our stay. Always so appreciative of flexibility and kindness when booking a trip so thank you. The pool area is also very lovely, perfect temperature, beautiful grassy area and a perfect spot to relax. Was never too busy. Apartment a little run down but perfect for the price and the size is awesome. Great balcony over looking the ocean and hills. Below is a perfect little cafe, great coffee. Walk across the road to a beautiful beach and close within range of supermarkets and great restaurant. Awesome Indian restaurant below too! Perfect place to stay :) would definitely stay again!!

Great location we could walk to most things and alot of restaurants were close by.Heated pool was a bonus.Loved the balcony you could access from both lounge and bedroom.Fully self contained even had an airfryer which was an added bonus

Pool didn't get alot of sun only very early morning and later in the afternoon

We had 2 units #38 which was fabulous & #53 which was also good but had a few issues

Unit 53 on 9th floor probably hadn't had its floor cleaned in months, within minutes of putting our crawling babies on the floor their knees and feet were black from the dirt, then thought we'd quickly mop it, well the mop was so dirty it probably hadn't seen water in a year - unit dated but the rest was OK, Unit 38 had no issues

Car parking with a large vehicle was terrible. Hotel advised for small cars to use the lower or upper car parking floors but both times we tried to access the car park there were no parks for larger vehicles. We had to find street parking for our 4WD. Also, no air con in bedrooms, but good aircon in living areas.
