The room was very comfortable, I loved how practical it was. Lots of little details that really made my stay easier that aren't often included in hotel rooms - like the little hotplates, lots of pots/pans/plates/cups etc, dishwashing liquid, washing line in the bathroom, airer on the balcony etc. And the facilities in the hotel itself, the laundry and rubbish chute especially were very handy! All the staff I met were very friendly. Great location to look out across the water to Bribie, and super easy walk to the nearby shops which include all the essentials (grocers, chemist, liquor store etc).

I did get a bit frustrated at the lifts. I understand that these are not something that can be fixed/updated easily, but with only two lifts they're very slow, and I found that as they're quite small I would often wait ages for it to arrive at my floor only for it to already be full anyway and need to wait for the next one. My only other complaint is I had a love hate relationship with the parking. The undercover parking didn't have space at any point during my stay, and the rows end in dead ends, so I'd need to do awkward 3 or 4 point turns to get back out which was especially difficult when other cars had come in behind me and also got stuck. On the upside it was great having plenty of overflow parking though it's not under cover.

- Amazing facilities! For such an affordable price, I have never stayed in such a nice hotel before. (We booked a one bedroom little studio apartment for a few nights): - Massive bathroom that was spotless and absolutely stunning. - Decent kitchenette with all the necessities (but very few equipment, just your simple pots and plates/bowls, cups and utensils. Can’t remember finding any pans) - Great lounge and balcony area - AMAZING bedroom, spacious with lots of natural light and blackout curtains. And the most comfortable hotel bet I’ve ever used. - For the price we got a beautiful view of the water and island outside. - Not many staff but they were very friendly, even had complimentary drinks when you book! - Amazing pool and spa outside with a super fun slide!! 10/10 recommend!! Especially for families and older generations. This is also great for young adults but is a good 10 minutes from the surf, super quiet, and lots of old people around so if you are looking for a more energetic environment this might not be for you.

- Lifts were insanely slow and only one worked. Would take up to 5 minutes for the lift to reach us and another few just to travel to each floor if multiple people were in the lift at once. - Parking was a NIGHTMARE!!! For how many apartments they have, the car park underneath can’t even hold 1/3 and is a free for all. Once you drive in it’s almost impossible to easily turn around to leave and the spots are tiny. We ended up parking on the street outside and had to walk, but it wasn’t far. - Not necessarily something wrong with the property, but LOTSSS of older people. We are a young couple under 20 and just felt a little out of place haha. Again, nothing wrong with that but if you are younger and looking at this property just keep it in mind :)

The location is fantastic, views are amazing, close to a variety of quality dining options. Large balcony with comfy outdoor furniture, hamptons style decor, spa bath, hand held shower rose, heated towel rail, kitchenette, clothes airer, complimentary parking, welcome drinks in foyer. Great outdoor pool & spa, with umbrellas and sun loungers. Super comfy queen size bed [would be even more fabulous if it was king size].

Off-site overflow carpark has swipe entry but is not secure [accessible via a public walkway that has no gate]. Insufficient parking spaces for number of apartments. Check out time is 10 am, $40 fee to extend to 11am. Air con fan speed in the unit could not be adjusted [gale force only, very noisy]. No TV in the bedroom and lounge room TV had a fixed wall mount, so it could not be adjusted to view if sitting in bed. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are ridiculously popular with families and group stays, so don't expect a peaceful environment. Housekeeping is performed every 8th day [but you can get supplies from reception].

My flight was a bit late and I arrived half an hour after check in time. I messaged the hotel I will be late, but I was worried they won't see it. Luckily the receptionist was still around and I was able to check in, which was a huge relief! My room was nice, spacious and cozy, I loved the balcony! It was also very well equipped. There are some nice bakeries, shops and restaurants in the area.

The pool is facing the beach, which is nice, however the hotel is right behind it and therefore it barely gets any sun, only in the morning, so the pool is in the shade most of the day. However there are a few sunbeds on the other side of the building, so sun tanning is possibly in the afternoon, just not by the pool.

Amazing views and lovely long veranda. Location was spot on and rooms were neat and apartment was decently set up. I have stayed before and have always loved the location and views.

The TV was difficult to navigate and work out how to use. Required warmer bed linen/blankets as it was winter and very cold. Wasn't to happy with the Wyndham sales staff turning up to my apartment room door knocking at 730-8pm at night to hand me details for the sales meeting the following day a simple call or sms would have been sufficient.

It's always a lovely stay; a beautiful location and lovely staff. The rooms we've had have been clean and well-provisioned for basic cooking. The view is always wonderful, and the Thai food from the attached restaurant was great.

It really is time for the Ramada to update for genuine comfort. King beds would be nice, and we definitely had a very uncomfortable sofa (a sofa bed is rarely comfy), one it was difficult not to slip off. Nowadays, most visitors are used to having recliners and comfort in their own homes, so having a bad sofa with no footrest in sight - in the evenings or when its pouring rain outside - is a genuine let down. This comment screams First World Problem, we know, but the accommodation isn't cheap, and a little more comfort would provide value for money. We stayed at a Sebel hotel last month, and it definitely trumped the Ramada.

The location was nice and quiet with a gorgeous view of the city lights and still only a few minutes drive to the centre of town. Size of the room was perfect and the self contained kitchen was great. The Thai restaurant downstairs was incredible.

The bed was ok but king size beds would be an amazing option. As a smoker it was annoying to have to leave the smoke free premises to have a cigarette, especially at night. A possible option for one floor to be a balcony smoking level or just one designated area inside the secure property for the safety of the guests.

Room was very clean, I was genuinely surprised at how comfy the bed was. Great view of the water and the pool area was great - had a large spa bath and a slide which was fun. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient, when the underground garage is full there is an overflow car park on the street behind. Wifi was fast and reliable.

Was disappointing that you had to be a rewards member to use the kayaks or fishing rods. The TV in the room also kept losing signal for no apparent reason.

The location and view from the room was absolutely superb.

We stayed in a two bedroom and it was great for the weekend but for a week it’s a little too small. The room doesn’t have a laundry but there is communal laundry on each level which was great but not what you want to be doing on holidays. The room also didn’t have an oven. Again fine for a long weekend away but any longer it wouldn’t be doable. The kitchen also didn’t have a dishwasher so as a family I was having to hand wash all the dishes.

We were on the 9th floor and had fantastic views of Caloundra but mainly the waterfront looking out past the tip of Bribie Island to Moreton Bay. Our patio was very private and very quiet, though there was workmen working on the beachside footpaths but that was only during the day an I'm sure when their finished it will be much quieter. The location was central to quite a few cafes and restaurants of all varieties, all within walking distance. We had a Studio Room and it was small but there was only two of us and we would go out for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner anyway. They had a small stove, fridge plates glasses and cutlery etc. It also had a spa but it was very small for only One and they had a lovely range of soap and skin lotion available which were full bottles , not sample size!

The room totally needs a reno, as the bench tops were ruined by many years of use and the very small kitchen area which when we were making coffee and teas it was almost over the sink!, However everything in the room was well kept and nice to sit in and on. Comfortable bed but we had issues with the pillows, but I think, that it just did not suit us and not what we were used to, they seemed like they were new. Overall not too bad! Also we were not expecting a greeting to tell us about the properties and holiday club that they have. But that didn't change the way we felt about the Hotel as we received a bottle of wine for attending.
