Everything as usual, this was my 3rd stay, I have been twice before for work, supporting PWD as a holiday support worker. This time I bought my 2 granddaughters 1 who has Autism and she loved it and felt comfortable, we all had a great weekend Big shout out to Kylie and Graham for catching me before I left and returning my pillow, I would have been lost without it I will definitely be back either for leisure or supporting my participants

When arriving to check in, we did turn up a little bit earlier than expected and did ring to see if we were able to check in a little bit earlier. We are very lucky that the manager of the property said yes for us. The view in the location is just amazing. Definitely great if you have little ones as the water is a lot more calmer at the beach this is a place that we would definitely like to always come back to our children.

The unit was very clean and tidy with a lovely view of Caloundra and the jetty. The caretakers,Jodie and Nick were so welcoming and kind. Upon arriving I told Jodie that we were celebrating my husband's birthday that weekend. The next day Jodie and Nick knock on the door with a beautifully made flourless chocolate cake to mark the occasion. It was so greatly appreciated and such a wonderful surprise! The apartment was a lot bigger than I expected and it was a great price for the location.

A really spacious two bedroom apartment with a huge balcony, overlooking the ocean, fantastic full kitchen with all amenities, beautiful open plan living space, with comfy couches, big screen tv, two bathrooms and a bath that i always appreciate, walking distance to numerous cafes, excellent pizza joint and an IGA- great place for a few days off or longer if you are lucky enough and phenomenal value for money.

Not a god- damn thing- underground parking should be seen as a challenge, not a deterrent.

Our hosts at Belvedere apartments were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a three bedroom second floor apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped with everything required for short or long stays. The view from the large front balcony looks straight at the beach and local park which has large shady trees and excellent facilities for families. The small shopping strip has grocery, pharmacy, news agent and bottle shops, and several excellent restaurants and cafes. There are excellent beach footpath walks in both directions. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and will definitely return.

The hosts were hospitable. The unit was clean, and the facilities, tools, gadgets are in good condition, tidy and organised. Walking path along the beach is just across. There are shops nearby too. There may be no air-conditioning in the bedrooms, as described in the booking app, the AC in the lounge helped to make our stay comfortable.

The parking process may be a bit tricky for us, at first. But it safe and takes getting used to.

The apartment was spacious and clean, the location is directly across the road from parks, walking tracks, and close to cafes and restaurants. The communication and signs around the property were very easy to negotiate. The parking spots are very convenient and secure.

It was all pretty good. The wifi in our apartment didn't work, but I didn't really have time to pursue that with management, so that is fixable.

The apartment was big and bright and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. It had a spacious balcony with great views of a gorgeous kid-friendly beach and playground.

A couple of small things…I wish we’d had more than one key. The queen bed in the third bedroom was so hard we took turns in it, but ended up opting to sleep on the couch.

The whole experience at Belvedere was most enjoyable. The rooms and facilities were excellent and the location immediately across from the park and beach was ideal. Kylie in the office was very friendly and helpful and cleaning staff with whom we came in contact were very pleasant.

Very spacious apartment and kitchen was well stocked. Straight across the road from the beach and walking distance to shops.

A higher level would have been better as the traffic was quite noisy being on level 1 when I was on the balcony or with the doors open. Tricky getting a big vehicle in the car parking spaces. Ample parking across the road though next to the playground.
