The room was clean and very comfortable. The location was awesome and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Highly recommend.

La Promenade lower ground apartments are a perfect spot for a few days with the family. The children can even fish off the Balcony. Popular Bulcock's Beach was a one minute walk away. It is a patrolled beach, great for swimming and sand castles. Two adults and two children fitted easily into the apartment. The air conditioning worked fine and the beds were comfortable. It is an older complex but the fabulous position makes up for any short comings.

The apartment only had one bathroom and a separate toilet but we never found it a problem. The big problem came from Booking.com not stopping scam emails purportedly coming from La Promenade including in their app. It caused anxiety wondering if the booking was real and when I discussed it with La Promenade, as a small company they are impacted by these scams. Booking had nowhere on their app for me to report the problem. As a global company I would expect better.

Fantastic views, excellent location. Comfortable beds, clean & tidy. You won't get better value for money right on the waters edge.

Very dated, could use a paint job. But in saying that if you look past this still a great place to stay if you're not fussy about having modern cons.

Our booking in their system had been hacked and hence we weren't expected to arrive on their booking system. On arrival advised.La Promenade was fully booked. Staff / Manager took us to a different accommodation building which was a larger space and still had ocean views. The manager worked hard.to ensure we had accommodation. Mess up not the fault of staff.

Not the fault of La Promenade staff but we never got to stay there. Our booking was mixed up by others external to the business and our date of arrival wasn't correct and La Promenade was fully booked out on our booked arrival. Not the fault of the staff. We were offered $50 cash compensation for the mess around, but we never received that. Due to not being expected to attend, our room hadn't been cleaned, so required to wait. The cleaners were awesome.

As soon as we stepped into the room, we were captivated by the water views, and the terrace offered the perfect vantage point to take in the sights and sounds of Pumistone Passage, as well as enjoy a wine and meal. We were also delighted to discover the spa bath in the centre of room. The property's location was ideal, with a wide range of cafes, restaurants, live music, shopping, and beaches just a short stroll away. Another nice touch we noticed was the fishing rod holders - we're already looking forward to bringing our rods and enjoying some fishing from the lower units on our next visit.

Air con was a little noisy at night, but very efficient. (Kept us nice and cool) Would have liked the TV to be able to swivel facing couch but was fixed to wall. ( not a big deal though) Bed was comfy but pillows were a little uncomfortable. Fridge crisper had not been cleaned. ( rest of fridge very clean so obviously overlooked on this occasion- not noticed till leaving as didn't use)

I love the privacy and location with the stunning waterfront views. Everything you would want to do is at your doorstep. Board walk morning strolls from Caloundra to Kings beach. Excellent Cafe directly underneath to sit and enjoy breakfast or lunch right on the water. Rooms are well equipped, hygienically clean, and the bed was super comfy. The sound of the ocean at night was beautifully calming.

There is nothing I did not like about LaPromenade. It is my absolute go-to for a relaxing, perfect getaway to unwind.

We were on the top level which was an executive suite I believe. It was perfect for us. We had room to move which was fabulous and it was lovely to see the water. The location is phenominal! We would stay here again for the convenience of being able to walk everywhere with the kids and having access to the beach but also great restaurants.

The property is old, which is fine, but not maintained overly well. Minor things would make a big difference. Water damage around the tub fixed, having a baby gate at the bottom and top of the stairs outside would make this more family friendly, a TV in the room with the single beds instead o the master where the other TV is right next to it and can be seen from the bed anyway would make more sense, especially if there is an occasional chair in the room.

The type of accommodation that ticks all my boxes. Loved the view, the facilities, portable stove, location, spa-bath, bed was comfy. This was exactly my type of apartment. I Liked the black folder with info (maybe a bit more info on TV use) about places to have coffee, eat, walks etc. from different staff members. I didn't see a map, that would be a great add on. Definitely coming back!

I give my room 9 out of 10. There was instant coffee and tea. If it had a coffee machine with real coffee pods, it would be a 10/10 for me.

I have stayed at La Promenade before and enjoyed my visits there Unfortunately this time l recieved a very late texr just after l booked through booking.com . Saying that Unfortunately there would be "No" Electicity in the Apartment from 10 pm ( 2200) to 0500 .

As lm on a oxygen Concentration run by electricity, This wasn't suitable to check into the apartment. I recoeved the TXT at 1648 ( 4.49 pm) And office closes at 5 pm. I couldn't even ley the office know . That this Unfortunately is not acceptable due to health conditions, Now I've been left with paying for a room l couldn't even Sleep in. I wouldn't mind but it was over $200 not to be able to sleep. The staff have been helpful, but lm the one left battling Booking.com to get a refund 😔 😟 🙁 😠 😡

The view from the ocean front room was excellent and the unit was conveniently located directly adjacent to the boardwalk to Bulcock Beach. The building itself was a little dated but the entire facility was very clean, smelled nice and the room was well appointed.

Not much but if I had to say anything, the lift was probably the slowest lift I have ever encountered in my life haha and the car park be aware that the carpark clearance height is only 1.9 metres.
