The location, right by the water, the boardwalk around the bays and very close to the local shops, is fabulous. We used the spa pool every evening and enjoyed that. The room was an 'ocean view' option and the view was beautiful. The two bedroom apartment was spacious and well equipped for our 7 night stay.

The bulb over the stove wasn't working (facility notified). The batteries on the key card access ran out which was a bit concerning, especially if it occurred when reception was closed for the day, however they fixed it immediately.

Great position and very clean with minimum noise. Had all kitchen aids with suitable crockery. In all a good four nights. The pool was excellent and parking was good as well.

The shower joint leaked unto the roof which then drenched my wife whilst being wet from the arm. Housemaid was told with maintenance promised. Three days later and contacting reception the shower arm was totally replaced in five minutes. No daily contact with house staff to replace tea coffe etc. bought our own. Light flickers in lounge — had to watch tv. Shame but the man said all the taps etc are due to be replaced. Sooner than that. Old gear hanging in there.

friendly staff at check-in and check-out and when we were coming and going via the front entrance. the bedroom has a very small window and is away from the beachfront which made for a cooler, darker and quieter sleep. brilliant beachside walking track outside the rear entrance - walk left to head towards Shelley Beach or right to head towards Golden Beach (both are 5km return walks). restaurants, takeaways, sunday market and shopping all at the doorstep. the highlight of our stay was our own personal rooftop spa accessed by a spiral staircase - absolutely amazing, despite that we put it in standby for an entire day and it took time to warm up again ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

the furnishings are fairly dated and quite tired but they do the job. the couch especially was not very comfortable. a cupboard on the rooftop to protect our robe/towel from the rain while we are relaxing in the spa would be a great addition.

We enjoyed a weekend getaway and wish we booked another night, it was so close to everything we didn’t need to drive anywhere. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants and the added bonus of a spa on the balcony! Super spacious room as well and the weather was perfect!

Pool wasn’t available at the time but we were warned about this multiple times, would’ve been nice to have had a discount offered or something of that sort. As mentioned by another reviewer room number 59 needs its bedroom blinds replaced as it wasn’t functioning well enough to cover the entire window leading to waking up earlier with the natural light.

The location was great: close to many restaurants and the local shops and only across the road from the waterfront. The pool and spas were excellent. The bed was comfortable.

The apartment was in need of refurbishment. The kitchen and bathroom in particular. The advertised dishwasher was non existent. The step in bath and shower was extremely dangerous for older people. The balcony furniture was old and faded.

Roomy , close to beach and town other side. Parking good once you figure out map Staff were lovely and helpful

Lights in corridor don't turn off which means bedrooms backing onto them still have lots of light coming thru. Yes, curtain there but still not dark enough at night. Can book a floor but you will not know which area, Tower, Resort or Broadwalk apartment or unit you would get.

I have stayed at this property multiple times. Have loved it each time. New pool Reno's look fabulous ! Location is great. Views from #113 are perfect. Staff are lovely people.

Main room bed needs to be renewed, it's getting old & tired. Note to older folks: You may find the big step up into shower/bath found in some rooms difficult. Ask about this if you have mobility issues.

We were in one of the spa units. Having our own private spa on the terrace above was great and handy having a washer and dryer too. Balcony had nice views across the pool and water. A very short walk to nice restaurants and bullcock swimming reserve. The pool was good, usually not too crowded.

The room itself probably wasn't the nicest for the money, a bit aged and nothing particularly nice about the decor. The spa was extremely chlorinated, guess it has to be but it made it a bit unpleasant especially the first time we used it, the spa is also tucked away on the terrace and unfortunately doesn't get any real view.

Nice hotel situated right on the beachfront with easy access to cafes and restaurants. Nice spacious rooms with balcony

Room wasn’t ready as promised at 2pm! Travelling with disabled mother and two small children so had to sit around and wait for room to be cleaned. Paid a lot of money to have time taken away from our trip! Beds not very comfortable. Had a rough couple of nights sleep with only a top sheet for cover. No duvets on beds so had to use scratchy blanket from wardrobe which I doubt was regularly washed. Grill was filthy and just covered over with al foil. Pool was lovely and inviting but hardly any umbrellas or shade so you’re right in the sun the whole time.

Decor was pleasant. Well thought out. Room was comfortable and spacious. Disruptions due to pool renovations were well managed and didn't affect my stay. The terrace provided both a private outdoor space and a delightful position to look out to the beach.

Slight saining on the bedding (doona) and off-putting rug in the kitchen. Overall the room was very clean and well kept, but the kitchen rug needs to go as it was stained and just generally unpleasant to stand on.
