Great position and very clean with minimum noise. Had all kitchen aids with suitable crockery. In all a good four nights. The pool was excellent and parking was good as well.

The shower joint leaked unto the roof which then drenched my wife whilst being wet from the arm. Housemaid was told with maintenance promised. Three days later and contacting reception the shower arm was totally replaced in five minutes. No daily contact with house staff to replace tea coffe etc. bought our own. Light flickers in lounge — had to watch tv. Shame but the man said all the taps etc are due to be replaced. Sooner than that. Old gear hanging in there.

We enjoyed a weekend getaway and wish we booked another night, it was so close to everything we didn’t need to drive anywhere. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants and the added bonus of a spa on the balcony! Super spacious room as well and the weather was perfect!

Pool wasn’t available at the time but we were warned about this multiple times, would’ve been nice to have had a discount offered or something of that sort. As mentioned by another reviewer room number 59 needs its bedroom blinds replaced as it wasn’t functioning well enough to cover the entire window leading to waking up earlier with the natural light.

We were in one of the spa units. Having our own private spa on the terrace above was great and handy having a washer and dryer too. Balcony had nice views across the pool and water. A very short walk to nice restaurants and bullcock swimming reserve. The pool was good, usually not too crowded.

The room itself probably wasn't the nicest for the money, a bit aged and nothing particularly nice about the decor. The spa was extremely chlorinated, guess it has to be but it made it a bit unpleasant especially the first time we used it, the spa is also tucked away on the terrace and unfortunately doesn't get any real view.

Nice hotel situated right on the beachfront with easy access to cafes and restaurants. Nice spacious rooms with balcony

Room wasn’t ready as promised at 2pm! Travelling with disabled mother and two small children so had to sit around and wait for room to be cleaned. Paid a lot of money to have time taken away from our trip! Beds not very comfortable. Had a rough couple of nights sleep with only a top sheet for cover. No duvets on beds so had to use scratchy blanket from wardrobe which I doubt was regularly washed. Grill was filthy and just covered over with al foil. Pool was lovely and inviting but hardly any umbrellas or shade so you’re right in the sun the whole time.

Decor was pleasant. Well thought out. Room was comfortable and spacious. Disruptions due to pool renovations were well managed and didn't affect my stay. The terrace provided both a private outdoor space and a delightful position to look out to the beach.

Slight saining on the bedding (doona) and off-putting rug in the kitchen. Overall the room was very clean and well kept, but the kitchen rug needs to go as it was stained and just generally unpleasant to stand on.

Our internet barely worked and that is the only criticism. Everything else was perfect but we couldn’t get the wifi and subsequently the casting (chrome cast) to work the whole time. It meant we made time for each other in different ways but still we would’ve liked to watch a movie at night time. I could t recommend the property higher enough however. Thank you so much

The only downfall was the unit below us must have been smoking. So we couldn't sit on the balcony because of the smoke so we had to sit inside and close the balcony door. Also pool maintenance which only affected us one day.

The position of the property was amazing looking over the pumice stone passage over to Bribie Island and North Stradbroke Island. Close to the Sunday markets which is a short stroll up Bullcock street and close to restaurants and supermarket will definitely return

Our room was a 2 bedroom water view it had a spa bath/shower in the ensuite which was wonderful except it was a long way down to the floor when getting out it would be great if it had a step also the front door needs a weather strip as the draft was very cold and we had to put a towel under the door to keep the room warm other than that it was fantastic

The property location and facilities are wonderful, its a fantastic family friendly spot.

Checkin experience wasnt great. We arrived early and whilst I appreciate we were early, we ended up getting access into the room late, after being advised that the room was still being cleaned at 1:30pm and that reception would ring me when the room was ready. I had moved our luggage to the floor and was waiting in the foyer area outside the apartment door, no-one attended the room or left the room in that time, and I was waiting there from 1:40-2:40. I then went back to reception after the phone wasnt being answered, where they advised the room was ready. This was really frustrating, particularly when they new we were there waiting and had advised that they would call when the room was ready and still being cleaned.

This was our second visit. We were very happy with the size and facilities in the unit. Enjoyed the use of the pool and BBQ area. The location was great, loved being close to shops, beach and boardwalk.

The outdoor furniture (bar table and chairs) enabled us see over the railling to enjoy a great view of the water however was not comfortable to sit and enjoy a relaxing time out to read. Would recommend having an additional lower comfortable seat on the verandah for this purpose. This would also be more comfortable for older people.
