The apartment was excellent with an outstanding sea view and a huge balcony. The location was about 300 m north of the main Mooloolaba shopping strip which was fine and fairly quiet. The apartment was an older style design with a larger floor plan so it felt quite spacious for a 2 bedroom apartment. The amenities included a nice pool area, BBQ and mini sized tennis court and a games room, ideal for a family with younger children.

We had lots of difficulty with the lack of internet, this was finally advised due to a 'fibre network outage', which lasted for a few days and was still not fixed when we checked out. I can understand these things can happen, however, maybe a gift card and a formal apology could be sent later? Also, only access to the basement carpark was via a security key, including exiting the carpark. If you forget the key, you cant exit the carpark! This is now outdated so would be good if a key fob system could be installed. Also, our apartment was one of the original apartments (approx. 1990) and needs updating and the cleaning could also be improved.

Location was perfect as it was far enough away from the esplanade to avoid noise and foot traffic yet close enough to get to and enjoy the wonderful offerings of cafes, restaurants and shops with Coles supermarket virtually at your doorstep. The main feature was the easy access to beach and being able to access to all these facilities with an easy walk avoiding the need to hire a car.

Unit door had a poor lock (push button on door handle) which did not leave a great level of comfort. There was a deadlock above the door handle but this was redundant rendering it useless. Extremely difficult to open balcony door as rollers completely worn. Heavy carpet stains in main bedroom looked unsightly and needs to be removed.

location was up from the busy area of Mooloolaba but still close enough to walk too very close to Coles stayed 4 days didn't need to drive car once close to the beach but need to walk down the beach a bit to get to flagged areas close to restaurants and cafes

underground car park height is low at 1.9m - had to park our vehicle outside on the street which did have free parking out on the back street. but if you have a smaller car it would be fine.

Location and view was amazing, overlooking the beach. Bus stop out the front , east to get to other parts of the sunny coast. 50 meters to restaurants. Coles shopping centre and bottle shop nearby . We stayed in Apartment 41 on the 10 th floor , very large 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathroom’s with a laundry and huge balcony.

They only negative was that the bedroom has sheer curtains only . Very bright light streaming in from very early in the morning, very annoying and not what you want when you are a on holidays .

the location is perfect! so close to the beach, main street with cafes and restaurants and shops, Coles, lookouts, park. there is a private carpark, pool on site, the view from your balcony is amazing (we stayed on level 1 and could still see the ocean), can't hear the road with the sliding door closed at night, and our apartment had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

the building is a little outdated but there was nothing we didn't like, it was a perfect stay for us.

The location and the view were outstanding. We can see the beautiful sunrise from the balcony every morning. It was also very close distance to the shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach is only right across the street. Excellent location overall.

The building and facilities were dated. The ensuite in the main bedroom we were staying in was a bit dark and cramped. It was a bit tricky coming in and out of the undercover parking but we got use to it. We noticed the utensils were not properly cleaned. Unfortunately, the first couple nights of our stay there's roadworks right in front of Seaview along Mooloolaba esplanade which was a bit inconvenient and noisy so we had trouble sleeping. Apart from that, the other nights were quiet and more peaceful.

Comfy bed in master bedroom, air con & fans in main room & bedrooms to keep everything cool on the hot days! Great pool to instantly feel refreshed!

Tight carpark. If you’ve got a 4WD, large Ute or SUV - you’ll be challenged with your parking skills.

Good location to beach, high street. Nice size apartment. Staff were lovely and friendly.

A few things were cracked ( cooker hob, dryer handle) they will break on some unsuspecting guest at some point. Separate rooms locked up so no choice of which room to use. Be aware you pay more for sea views ( and very noisy street sounds). Also building work being done in flat above so drilling sounds for most of the week! ( so not as relaxed as we’d hoped).

The location was perfect. The living area was nice and spacious. The people at the front desk were very friendly. The beds were OK. An amazing amount of crockey, glasses and cooking utensils. Great washing machine and dryer.

The large couch was very uncomfortable. It had had its day. The general bathroom had mould around the door particularly at the bottom.

We selected Seaview because of its location within easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shopping and were not disappointed. The sea views are fantastic in all directions.

The main TV remote was just awful to try to use. It looked like an inferior model. The building is 30+ years old and the security system is of the same vintage with no keyed access to floors and a very ordinary door lock.
