Location and view from apartment exceptional

Very old apartment - certainly needs updating and cleaning left a lot to be desired - cutlery all dirty had to wash before using - in main bedroom I admired the bedside table and wanted to see what brand it was - when I turned unit around the mould at the back of the unit was absolutely disgusting looks like a cup of coffee or tea with milk had been split all over the back of the bedside table - not impressed also the bathroom very old - grouting needs attention - rusting in laundry not the best view needs attention - the walk in wardrobe very outdated - a very tired old apartment with a fabulous view - did the trick for us thank you.

The apartment was excellent with an outstanding sea view and a huge balcony. The location was about 300 m north of the main Mooloolaba shopping strip which was fine and fairly quiet. The apartment was an older style design with a larger floor plan so it felt quite spacious for a 2 bedroom apartment. The amenities included a nice pool area, BBQ and mini sized tennis court and a games room, ideal for a family with younger children.

We had lots of difficulty with the lack of internet, this was finally advised due to a 'fibre network outage', which lasted for a few days and was still not fixed when we checked out. I can understand these things can happen, however, maybe a gift card and a formal apology could be sent later? Also, only access to the basement carpark was via a security key, including exiting the carpark. If you forget the key, you cant exit the carpark! This is now outdated so would be good if a key fob system could be installed. Also, our apartment was one of the original apartments (approx. 1990) and needs updating and the cleaning could also be improved.

Fabulous location. Cafes. Beach. Surf Club walking distance. Reception staff excellent. Parking great. Roomy Apt for family of 4 adults & 2 babies Beautiful views. Kitchen & Laundry Starter Packs very helpful 👌

Our only critique, Apt pretty 'tired appearance '. Beautiful days cool evenings. We did consider using bed blankets...but, we didn't... Perhaps Bed Blankets could do with a good wash. We didn't use. Overall we thought a bit over priced . But we enjoyed our stay.

A well set up apartment for a family stay. Location was good, close to the beach and a short work to restaurants. Nice living area and good balcony. The first floor location overlooked the pool with a nice table to sit at on the balcony. a well set up kitchen and have a Washibg machine and drier was bonus.

The en-suite bathroom was a little small, which made it a little hard keep it dry as water splashed out…. A minor inconvenience.

Location was perfect as it was far enough away from the esplanade to avoid noise and foot traffic yet close enough to get to and enjoy the wonderful offerings of cafes, restaurants and shops with Coles supermarket virtually at your doorstep. The main feature was the easy access to beach and being able to access to all these facilities with an easy walk avoiding the need to hire a car.

Unit door had a poor lock (push button on door handle) which did not leave a great level of comfort. There was a deadlock above the door handle but this was redundant rendering it useless. Extremely difficult to open balcony door as rollers completely worn. Heavy carpet stains in main bedroom looked unsightly and needs to be removed.

location was up from the busy area of Mooloolaba but still close enough to walk too very close to Coles stayed 4 days didn't need to drive car once close to the beach but need to walk down the beach a bit to get to flagged areas close to restaurants and cafes

underground car park height is low at 1.9m - had to park our vehicle outside on the street which did have free parking out on the back street. but if you have a smaller car it would be fine.

Location and view was amazing, overlooking the beach. Bus stop out the front , east to get to other parts of the sunny coast. 50 meters to restaurants. Coles shopping centre and bottle shop nearby . We stayed in Apartment 41 on the 10 th floor , very large 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathroom’s with a laundry and huge balcony.

They only negative was that the bedroom has sheer curtains only . Very bright light streaming in from very early in the morning, very annoying and not what you want when you are a on holidays .

the location is perfect! so close to the beach, main street with cafes and restaurants and shops, Coles, lookouts, park. there is a private carpark, pool on site, the view from your balcony is amazing (we stayed on level 1 and could still see the ocean), can't hear the road with the sliding door closed at night, and our apartment had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

the building is a little outdated but there was nothing we didn't like, it was a perfect stay for us.

Location is excellent with easy access to shops and restaurants, units are spacious and kitchen very well stocked for a holiday rental. View from the unit was lovely.

The units are a tad dated but nothing dire, as long as you aren't expecting luxury. Traffic noise can be a bit bothersome but that's the reality for most buildings just across from the water on the Sunshine Coast.

Comfy bed in master bedroom, air con & fans in main room & bedrooms to keep everything cool on the hot days! Great pool to instantly feel refreshed!

Tight carpark. If you’ve got a 4WD, large Ute or SUV - you’ll be challenged with your parking skills.
