Our Penthouse apt was amazing-very spacious, clean, comfortable, and well- equipped. The views were fantastic and the outdoor space on the roof was lovely! The location at the top end of The Mooloolaba Esplanade was very convenient for walking to restaurants and stores. The private parking was great and the highways and other points along the Sunshine Coast were an easy drive from the property.

The first apt we were offered was very run down and needed an update- definitely inquire about your assigned accommodation before arrival. Stormie and her husband who manage the property were very helpful in switching our accommodations.

We've stayed here twice, at this time of year to watch my husband compete in the Mooloolaba Tri. It's the perfect location for that, you can be in the room and watch from your balcony or walk downstairs and see it from the street. Aside from this event, this apartment has a beautiful view of the ocean, it's a short walk to restaurants and shops. These apartments have all the things you need to enjoy a beach holiday and is reasonably priced. Thanks so much for having us!

Apartment was nicely furnished. View was good. Bed was comfortable. The second layer of windows and doors were good for sound proofing. Location was great.

The sliding doors into the balcony were difficult to lock. The inner sliding doors were difficult to slide because the wheels needed replacing. Shower had a safety grab rail but no shelf to put the body wash etc so had to put it on the floor. Defeats the purpose of safety grab rail. Carpet fraying next to tiles and joins. Bushels is an appalling choice for instant coffee. First accommodation in 30 years that didn't provide tissues. The hot tub was disappointing. None of the massage jets were working.

Great location, friendly staff and spotlessly clean. We stayed in an economy apartment - it was a little tired around the edges in places which was reflected in the price, but was very comfortable, had everything we needed and was very good value for money.

Not the property’s fault, but it seems Mooloolaba is attracting more idiots who like to rev their car/ motorbike engines. Being on the first floor, this meant the traffic was very loud at times.

The location was perfect! Across the road from the beach and a big playground, skate park for the teenager was only a short skate away and only a 2 mins walk to local shops and cafes. 25mins to Australia Zoo which was a great day out. Pool was good to cool off and the local games room and access to family board games to use in the room was a nice touch.

We were on level 1 which was fine as only a place to sleep and chill but would have liked to be higher to have an ocean view rather than a view of the road.

We stayed in unit 10. It was comfortable, spacious , had a good view, isnt far from the shops and cafes and we had everything we needed.

Some of the cupboards and appliamces look a bit tired and worn so could do with some updating. Also didnt use the spa because the water looked dirty and was only half full. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Perfect location across road from beach and shops/cafes/Coles. Great that you can walk to all of these things. Apartment had been recently refurbished and was beautiful- tastefully furnished with everything we needed to prepare a meal when we weren’t eating out. Big TV in lounge room. Beds and pillows were so comfortable and we had restful sleeps. Loved the size and position of our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom superior oceanview apartment-the balcony was huge and allowed the lounge/dining area and both bedrooms to open out onto it.

The pool area was a bit of a let down- both of the large sun umbrellas couldn’t be put up as they were broken. With it being summer now, think they need to replaced as shade is needed. The pool area feels and looks a bit bare- some greenery, plants/ planter boxes would brighten it up and make it look more inviting.

We stayed in Unit 12 - 4th floor. Perfectly positioned right opposite the waterfront with stunning beach and coastline views. Helpful friendly staff. Good size apartment - kitchen didn't have a lot of equipment, however basic necessities were provided. (Who wants to cook on holidays anyway!) Bedrooms and living spaces front the ocean - just magnificent! Pool, sauna, spa, half court tennis, bbq area, kiddies pool all clean and inviting. Apartments located at the end of the shopping strip and just 300 metres from Coles, pharmacy, BWS etc and heaps of cafes and restaurants. If I had to pick on one thing it would be that the Esplanade in front was noisy with car traffic on the weekend, otherwise perfect!

Location was excellent. Parking great. Very spacious unit including bathrooms. Staff listened to a complaint and acted on it with a generous credit offer following our complaint about the construction noise.

We arrived to construction work on another unit in the complex. They were jack hammering. We could not hear the TV, read or relax because of it. We made a complaint to reception. Manager missed the opportunity to get on the front foot and explain the work would be limited to one day only and put us at ease about our stay.

We loved the location, so close to all shops and cafes. Coles, BWS & Pharmacy a minute walk. The view was lovely. Living room and kitchen very modern and comfortable. Beautiful table out in patio to eat and look at view. The pool was also very nice.

The bathrooms were not updated to suit rest of appartments, very old looking. I did assume that’s next to be updated as the rest of apartment looked freshly done up.
