We loved this place so much, it felt very well maintained and we liked the open hallways. The room was lovely, well furnished and laid out and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The balcony had a sea view but still felt private and got a lot of natural light. The facilities (spa, rooftop area) were amazing and it was such a convenient short walk to Mooloolaba beach and esplanade. It was also not a noisy (outside) area to stay based on the time we were there.

In the bedroom the shutters didn’t fully close to reduce light from the hallway outside - it just was quite light inside the room at night and hard to find a solution to reduce it.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean, everything in working order. Quite small, but we chose a BUDGET room so that was expected. Was actually bigger than some budget rooms we have stayed in at other hotels and the location was great, so we were happy with it! Didn't have time to check out the facilities, but the WiFi was reliable and a good speed.

Sound travels alot - could hear other guests walking past, it wasnt a problem for us as we are used to noise but I probably wouldn't recommend staying on the ground floor during school holiday times. No guidebook in the room that tells you where the facilities are located/their opening times, resort policies, places of interest etc like most accommodation has. We didnt need it during this stay, but it would come in handy if we were there long enough to use the facilities and explore a bit.

Staff were amazing, and extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was amazing, perfect when you wanted to nip across to the beach or down to the esplanade. Great facilities, clean functional room. Perfect home base while I was away for work.

My room backed onto the primary school across the road which was rowdy during the day (around lunchtime)- it was only an issue when trying to take a quick nap through the day before I had night work. However, I did book the budget accommodation option so my guess it that the more premium rooms might have a better spot in the building (dont quote me on that!) . Definitely not a deal breaker as everything else was flawless- but something worth noting if you require rest through the day during the school week.

Location was just great

We noticed the air vents in the bathroom were not clean & the ceiling fan in the kitchen dining room were a bit dirty. But other than that everything was great. Staff were lovely.

We love the facilities. Although disappointed we couldn’t use the pool we did understand that it required maintenance. (Some other people were very disappointed!!)

NO DISHWASHER!! We would request a different unit next time!! We could see that the apartment had been renovated but the kitchen is disappointing!! The sink is poorly situated! Turn on the tap too quickly and water goes everywhere. Heater should be moved - TV put on wall and this would give so much more space for kitchen. There are more than adequate cupboards so not sure why sink is placed near passage. Also, get cleaning lady to look behind the door - skirting boards is very dirty or….maybe painter didn’t look!!

Gym useful, pool and pool area great.. Nice and quite at nights. Well setup complex. Very handy to supermarket. Great location to beaches and restaurants

The bed was very soft which didn't really suit. Maybe clothes washing powder should be supplied.

The location was spot on, so close to everything that we needed for our trip. The pool (lower level) was absolutely amazing, great shade and enough seating areas.

The aircon in our room was not cold, on our last day it was colder outside than it was inside with the aircon set to 18, I was not able to speak to the reception about this as we were out during opening hours, they are aware of it now and are looking into it.

The apatment was clean. tidy and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was close to the beach and a short walk to the main esplanade to visitthe local restaurants and shops. We will definitely staythere again.

The sofa bed which was required for one night was uncomfortable as a bed due to springs in the mattres. Fine for sitting on but not for sleeping. We did report this to the manager who was very grateful that we had brought this to her attention and said she would report this to the owner.

Walking into the apartment with the aircon already on was a massive bonus. Walking distance to all restaurants and bars. The complimentary bottle of fizz for our wedding anniversary. Didn't use the pool or roof top spa while there, but they are both great areas set out extremely well.

Would have been lovely to have been on a level with a view, but we did only book the day before so it's not a complaint.

The location is great, one street back from the Esplanade which means you don't get any traffic noise. It's also easy to walk to the restaurants, surf club, beach etc. The appartment was great for a couple wanting a bit of peace.

The kitchen was well fitted out and the implements and cutlery were fine, but there were only 3 of each type of plate which seemed a little strange. We told them about this at receptioni when we left so maybe it will be rectified by next time. We'll certainly go back again.
