Great location, our unit was on level 10 and it was a great well stocked apartment with lovely leather recliner chairs,very comfy beds and pillows, kitchen was really well stocked in the way of glasses,cutlery, plates , toastie maker etc . Great that there was the option to select different check out options when we had a later flight.

Not a dislike as such , some of the staff were awesome and happy to say hi and have a quick chat , some staff wouldn’t even look at us , having stayed at Pacific Beach many times pre Covid and pre managers , there is definitely more of a corporate feel about things but it wouldn’t put us off staying again as it is a brilliant location , would definitely pick the same unit again .

Absolutely perfect location. In the heart of Mooloolaba within easy walk to all areas, but still relatively quiet. The apartment was recently renovated and was very nice.

There were two minor drawbacks. The door lock onto the balcony didn't work and the front door only had a keyed snib lock, however we never felt insecure. The air-conditioning in the main bedroom was a bit noisy, with the water extraction pump clicking on and off every couple of minutes which could be a problem for light sleepers.

The apartment is surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars with easy access to the beach.

Currently (August 2025) the beach front is being redeveloped and as such the southern end of the esplanade beach access is fenced off, fortunately the apartment is nearer the northern end but there is construction and sand stacking on the beach. The TV in the bedroom did not work, likely just batteries in the remote but a small detail that should be checked. The building is one of the original apartment buildings and as such it is becoming a little tired.

The location and view is perfect. This was our second time staying there.

The bedroom windows need replacing. Any slight wind/noise was very loud and hard to sleep through. The ensuite was open to the bedroom and not practical. All the blinds in the bedroom had to be closed every time you used the toilet or shower. Plus you couldn’t open the door into bedroom from hallway either or everyone in the living area or hallway could see straight into the shower. Totally impractical for a family apartment.

We recently stayed at Pacific Beach Resort during the Ironman 70.3 event, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The room was modern, spotless, and provided all the comfort we needed after long days of activities. The location was absolutely ideal, especially for the event, as the resort was right across from the finish line, making it incredibly convenient. Being so close to everything, we were able to fully enjoy both the race and the local area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in a prime location!

The location is fantastic. It is right on the esplanade and from our level 7 room there were fantastic ocean views. There are lots of great restaurants and cafes around the resort and it is in easy walking distance to the wharf area, where there are more great restaurants plus Sealife. The rooms were a good size and there was air conditioning in the main area. It was great to be able to sit out on the balcony and look at the ocean.

The fan in the second bedroom was a bit noisy. Reception hours are limited. This wasn’t a problem for us but is definitely something to be aware of. Our room on level 7 was definitely older but as we were aware that we weren’t paying for a recently renovated room, we were still comfortable.

The view was amazing and listening to the waves was so relaxing. Location is fantastic and easy access to many shops and restaurants. I like having a specific and numbered park for our apartment, rather than having to find a spare park. Our apartment had been renovated, and was very comfortable.

One elevator can result in a little bit of a wait.

The apartment had been renovated beautifully. It thoughtfully included absolutely everything you could possibly need, so much so that it almost felt like home.

The view was nice, but because the apartment was set back from the other 2, most of the view was blocked by the building which was disappointing and would’ve been nice to know before booking.

The room was incredible! We were in a three bedroom apartment with an ocean view on the third floor. The whole apartment was clean on arrival. The balcony was gorgeous and had an amazing view. The apartment came with all necessary + more appliances to make for a comfortable stay. The pool and spa were great! The games room was such a cool touch too. We loved that there was free WiFi and that the TV had Netflix and YouTube. The hotel is in such a great spot, being right on the Mooloolaba Esplanade. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff were very friendly on arrival and the online communication was great. I also appreciated that there was a carpark dedicated to our unit for my car.

There was not much to dislike at all! My only recommendation would be to put air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. The living area and master bedrooms had air-conditioning however, the other two rooms got quite hot overnight even with ceiling fans. My other concern was the doors into the hotel and carpark were not locked overnight. I appreciate that a key is required to actually operate the lift, however, I would have felt a bit more secure having the main door a key access after hours and having the parking garage door lock with key access. We otherwise loved our time and would be back again!

Fantastic check in service from Geneva. Apartment was ready, clean and had an amazing view. Easy to park underneath. Perfect location. View to die for! Comfortable bed. Great living area and kitchen with a view! Great balcony. Everything you need is there. Fantastic service overall and will be back.
