Excellent apartment with sea view. Very spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms, good sized kitchen, lounge & balcony. Excellent location within walking distance to Wharf area, shops & surf club.

There was limited accessibility for shuttles to drop off/pick up guests staying. When we arrived we couldn't find the main entrance and when we left our shuttle was late picking us up as so much confusion as to where to pick us up. There was very little guest information in the apartment for guests staying with map of the local area, where to catch buses, taxis etc. supermarkets close by.

I liked the how close the beach was, the pool was gorgeous, big and pretty deep. Great acsess to shops and restaurants. Apartment was outstanding, spacious and very comfortable beds. We had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful.

a bit of a suggestion for the spa blower is you could add a message that the it automatically times out, as we were a bit worried as we didn't know how to turn it off. 😂

Staff only there from maybe 7am to 5pm. Very minor inconvenience. You can answer most questions online about things to do, etc.

All staff were excellent. Extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, modern and well appointed with quality appliances and all the essentials to cook pretty much anything. The heated pool in winter was a winner!

A games room or some card or board games in the room would have been a nice extra as the weather was very rainy but I'd still recommend the Peninsular to anyone without hesitation.

Location Facilities

Beds very uncomfortable Asked for beach front view and got ground level looking at a garden and restaurants. Saved for 12 months thought we got a good beachfront apartment and was very disappointing.

The night manager Samantha was exceptional, she helped my self, my wife and our baby find the elevator and showed us to our rooms, helped us with a cot for the lil fella, and offered late check out to us, all at midnight. She truly was the best part of the stay with you guys. I hope that someone can pass on to her our thanks for her help and kindness.

We loved the location because once we arrived we didn’t need the car to go anywhere. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable and the ocean view was beautiful. The pool and gardens are well maintained and the little splash pool for kids is great.

wonderful that we could walk everywhere and the beach was just right across the road. So many wonderful food places close by too. Pool was a perfect temperature. Everything worked and was clean.

There was no instruction manual for the cooktop so we had to annoy the staff to help us work it.... We should have just tried google...

Great views of the ocean, fantastic location (mtrs from cafes, shops, beautiful beach & SLSC). We all loved the pools and spa! The area is spacious and pools heated to the perfect temperature. The round toddler pool was great for our little one and the big pool was enjoyed by us all.

Noise from the bar at the back of the property of an evening was really loud. Our apartment on the 3rd floor looked out to the beach which was stunning however it also looked over the big round concrete rooftop of the pizza place which was just in-front. It did take away from the view a little.

Location was fabulous, spoilt for choice for restaurants right at the front door. Short walk to the Wharf but most importantly you step out straight on to the beach. Apartment was well appointed and spacious, kitchen had everything you needed and more. Will definatley stay again.
