Everything was amazing. The modern feel, close the wharf and beach and main esplanade. Reception were lovely and the pool was great fun for the kids. Hopefully we can come back again next year.

The only issue were the silly cars that hooned past most nights after 10pm (which was nothing to do with how amazing the accommodation was and the fact that the doors and window were a bit unsafe for young children. Worried they could get out to balcony as there were no locks on some windows and doors.

We had a room with panoramic view on the top floor, the view was incredible. The apartment was clean, well maintained with minimal signs of wear and tear. Furniture, bed and pillows were comfortable too. Staff were helpful and easy to deal with. The location is a real plus so close to everything, beach, restaurants, and cafes. Overall this was a fabulous stay, really enjoyed our holiday in Maloolabar. We would definitely rebook here.

Only negative was bathroom fan's didn't turn off in our apartment as attached to main central unit and were a little noisey at night but I'm a light sleeper my partner sleeps through anything so it didn't bother him as much. I did get use to it after a few nights.

I have stayed at this location before, albeit in a different room. My idea of a well-earned break is to get there, park the car and leave it parked until I leave. Everything that you need is in walking distance, including the excellent Surf Club just up the road a bit. The beach and boardwalk are nearby, making this an excellent location for chilling out and enjoying the amenities.

Because of this building's location, traffic noise is quite evident, as well as when boisterous locals decide to drag race, rev motors and carry on like that demographic can. However, this is to be expected in such a popular location and should not be a deterrent to staying here.

We stayed at Newport Apartments over the Easter break and had an absolutely amazing time! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The common areas were also spotless and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Mooloolaba. We’ll definitely be back!

the location was close handy to all the services and eateries that we could have hoped for. The beach was a five minute stroll away. The property has a modern sauna and small swimming pool plus ample free barbecue facilities. The location was a five minute drive from the function that I helped run at Alexandra Headlands on 18 August 2024.

No door to the toilet - not a big deal but no provacy when using the loo. The dining table is outside on the balcony and is adequate for two people. This again was no big deal because all meals were purchased in the numerous cafes and restaurants that are very close to this property and are not expensive.

I liked the location and the big spaces the rooms the pool, the spa fantastic. Hallways smelt good.The apartment was awesome. Good clear instructions how to use the keys from the reception lady

The internet cut out every now and then for the tv and for wifi, The Sauna didn't work as well as it could have. It didn't get too hot smelt old and weird in there. Other then those two things.- Internet, Sauna Everything amazing

I loved it here. Nice apartment with panoramic views on the top floor. Aircon worked a treat! Would stay here again.walking distance to everything and beach one street over.

Not sure why the extrator fans in the 2 bathrooms went constantly with no apparent switch to turn them off? Not a criticism just an observation

We booked the “superior ocean view” room and had a great view of both the ocean and the harbour. Close to the aquarium and harbourside eateries, and across the road from the beach. Great location

Initially our apartment was configured wrong, but the staff quickly rectified this issue. Also the apartment next door was being renovated, so there was some construction noise during our stay.

Location was fabulous with decent views. The apartment was large and airy. Well appointed bathrooms and large functional kitchen. Complimentary ginger beer on check-in was a lovely touch.

Couch in lounge room was exceptionally uncomfortable. Apartment door was a bit fiddly to open. Complex appears to be in the process of upgrading so expect these minor inconveniences will be resolved as improvements continue.

The property was in a good location, close to public transport, beach and restaurants. The wharf precinct (next door to the property) in the Marina was an excellent venue for food and entertainment.

With the cold weather, we found the pool to be slightly too cold to use.
