The location of Nautilus is excellent and close to everything you’d want, beach, shops, pharmacy restaurants, cafes, bookshop, clothing etc. The apartment was very good, with a balcony and view. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom was a good size. The combined bathroom and laundry was excellent. Secure parking under the building is very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool area is excellent and included a spa, wading pool and main pool, with changing facilities and toilets. We stayed in July and being winter we found the pool warm and inviting.

There is no table and chairs in the one bedroom apartment. A small table setting would fit in the area under the tv. There were four very high, uncomfortable bar stools at the kitchen bench for eating meals. After hours check in text should be much more descriptive, eg, the first instruction is to put a code into the gate, but there are two gates; one for the garage and one for pedestrians. The after hours person took a very long time to answer the buzzer to let us inside the foyer doors. The information addressed to me found in the inside safe was much better, but getting to this was quite confusing and tedious. The time from our arrival at Nautilus to entering the apartment was about 40 minutes.

Great location. Loved the rooftop private spa pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Affordable accommodation for a week. Loved tj's takeaway coffee in Brisbane Road around the corner.

When we arrived, the top floor apartment we had booked was not available for the first night, so we needed to stay in another unit on a lower floor for one night. The resort is a little dated. While the unit for the first night had a new bathroom, the top floor unit and the rooftop spa area certainly seemed due for refurbishment.

Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen utensils etc were adequate. Room was lovely and cool when I arrived. Parking was secure and worry free.

No instructions on how to operate the rooftop spa. When I arrived it was running but wasn't the second time I went to use it. Staff had told me it runs all the time. I reported it but got no feedback. Next morning when I asked about it I was told it had been checked and was running but it wasn't. Consequently I only got to use the spa once in 5 days which wasn't what I paid for. The area on the rooftop wasn't very clean and had a previous guest's empty beer can on the floor.

Fantastic room, great sized apartment with a generous balcony and some good outdoor furniture. Really good holiday apartments with washing machine and dryer as well as everything that you need. They let us check in early after our flight arrived which was very nice of them, very friendly even this late in the season, which must be a stressful time. Everything was clean and tidy, would come back. Really good value for money - paid half of what Landmark cost and it was much more laid back.

The only couple of things were that the bath was out of order and we had to use the shower, it was a bit unclear about how to borrow a DVD or where to borrow one from and could have done with some pool towels but to be fair to them we all know where pool towels end up so don't blame them for not having a stack of them.

Location was close to everything and we basically walked everywhere. So many shops and restaurants out front. Pool was also good and we spent every afternoon swimming. Room was good. Not much equipment to cook with if you wanted to, and we normally do, but with the number of restaurants around we just ate out instead. We chose the top floor and for us it was so good. Great to be able to look out over the other buildings and a beautiful breeze every day keeping the place cool.

Me personally... the bed was terrible. Did not sleep at all the first night as it was just too uncomfortable. Second night was marginally better but not by much. Seriously considered the couch but they were too small for me to lie on. So glad to be back home in a comfortable and supportive bed.

The reception staff were lovely, especially the blonde lady with the New Zealand accent. The pool was fabulous, and the bed was very comfortable. The laundry liquid was appreciated, and the spa bath was an unexpected bonus.

There were a few basics missing from apartment 36, including scissors, measuring cups, measuring spoons, coasters, etc. The window in the bedroom that opens onto the balcony has a broken frame and is dangerous. It has obviously been broken for a long time. Please have it repaired 🙏 The TV table and coffee table need a coat of paint, or else updating.

Great location, friendly staff and children loved the pool.

There were signs everywhere about setting off smoke alarms which was worrying as we panicked about everything - steam in the bathroom, using the toaster. But the toaster didn't work and the tap in the bathroom fell off. Very old building and tired facilities but if your not worried then great value for money and really lovely staff make it all worth it.

It was in a great position, close to restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to the local Coles for groceries. The beach was very close too as was the Surf club which was good for a meal. The bus stop to Caloundra and Noosa was almost outside the property.

The worst thing for us being an older couple was the shower. It was over a spa bath that was extremely high to get into. There was a sign saying not to use the spa. My husband ended up using the pool shower on the ground floor, which wasn’t ideal. Also the wifi was terrible, I had to hotspot my phone to use my IPad.

The location was great, the apartment was well equipped, the staff were mostly very helpful and welcoming. One member of staff was incredibly kind and accommodated keeping our bags at the hotel until our flight, we are beyond grateful for the freedom this gave us on our last day! Thank you!

The bath is out of use in the apartment and we were told this is the case for all of the rooms. This might be displayed when booking and we misread but unsure. Not a huge problem as the shower works well but if you were looking for a break with a bath to relax in, this isn’t it.

We were lucky to get one of the best rooms in the complex - that was on the 4th level with two balconies, with views to almost all possible directions - River Esplanade, Wharf, Sealife, a small piece of the central beach entrance near the Surf Club, and the Nautilus hotel pool. This allowed to see all the daily and nightly life in the Mooloolaba centre. At the same time, owing to good quality windows, it was quiet enough inside.
