Location and ease of check in. Easy undercover parking, best part you have your own dedicated parking spot, we have a 4x4 and was easy to park in the space. Walking distance to great food options. Especially great for anyone wanting to stroll to beach. Highly recommend.

It is not the property, we can deal with noise etc but anyone else who is looking to stay in this area, just a heads up if it’s Friday or Saturday night it is a main thoroughfare for end of night goers, so you will hear their shenanigans. Easy to ignore though especially if you want a clean, comfortable place to stay.

We weren’t sure where to stay but location here was close to shops, beach and awesome eats! Really friendly and helpful front desk lady. The apartment, albeit a dated, was larger than expected and quite comfortable. Was only a bar fridge and portable cook top oven, but both were more than enough for us! And air con was only in the bedroom but fans in the living space, and again that was more than enough for us this time of year. Would stay again, we had a great few days away here!!

Love the View from the balcony AND lounge. Was listed as a partial ocean view, but it was excellent watching the ships go by. The bed was comfy as was the lounge. Appreciated the DVD player and videos in the foyer. In the centre of Caloundra you have walking access to everything. We intend on returning. It is Excellent value for money 👌

It's an older building, but it is clean and well maintained. Didn't need the stove or oven but, along with the fridge, they were small. Microwave and jug took care of us.

The top floor was great the view was fantastic really nice restaurant around in walking distance beach 50m away from the door place had lots of room to move around very big apartments friendly staff on-site we left some stuff in apartments and they call us to let us know the lady was nice got there after hours had to give them a call when we got there the fella on the phone was really helpful to get us in

The air con on the roof beside the place ran all night was a bit annoying at midnight to 5am once we closed all the windows and slid doors to lounge room it blocked a bit out I think we all so need to look at the time we are given to stay 2pm book in with a 10am check out you not even getting 24 hours stay for your money bit over priced for the night

The loccatiin was amazing & so convenient to beach & restaurants. It was all walking distance. The view was outstanding. I felt very safe staying here on my own & Gail on reception was exceptional. Will definitely be back.

Appreciated all it offered however the bedroom got very hot, just needed to turn fan one earlier & keep back curtains closed. Didn't love the idea of walking through reception & front door to pool for privacy reasons but not a deal breaker.

The location was amazing so close to town - food places - pub and the beach Could walk everywhere which was a bonus for us and walk to explore the shops - very clean and tidy great views of the passage and ocean lovely staff

Accessing the garage by key was painful It would be great if there was information inside the accomodation regarding how to get out of the basement garage and just general information A folder of information regarding food places and Caloundra information would have been helpful

Great location, just a 2 minute walk from the bus station and around the corner from the beach, and just a block away from the main street. The apartment was clean and quiet. spacious and airy, with a large balcony and pleasant outlook. The bed was comfortable, the walk-in shower had good pressure, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Good cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby. The beach and coastal walk are lovely! The flocks of birds flying home to sky-dance and then roost in nearby trees in the evening was amazing.

The staff were cheerful, welcoming and helpful, especially after driving for a couple of days to reach the destination. The apartment was bigger than I expected with lots of space to spread out. It was also airy and bright with a good size balcony where the morning sun streamed into the apartment. The apartments are located close to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. I was grateful to find that the undercover security parking accommodated my 'tall' 4WD. I would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing place. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, cool and comfortable with everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and room was quite with doors and windows closed. Lovely view of some of the beach from balcony. Pool was clean and a nice spot to chill. Beach was fantastic. More like a lagoon. Water was very warm and safe to swim. A lovely beach to walk on and you could walk for miles if you wished.

It was a bit of a shame that our floor lined up with part of the roof of the restaurant in front so it did obscure our view and the constant extractor fan running in the restaurant was a bit noisy when you sat out on the balcony as it ran 24/7. Otherwise perfect.

I arrived on foot after dark. Because the building seems to have been created from three former buildings (there are three different facades), I wasn't sure which was the actual building. Then the sign on the driveway gave the impression that reception was down in the car park so I went down there. When I finally found the key I had trouble getting in, because I assumed that the glass door was the one that opened!
