- Easy collection of keys, although the reception was located elsewhere (no staff available in the apartment complex itself) - Great location to Kings Beach and main streets of Caloundra - Plenty of facilities, shops and restaurants around - Apartment has all the basic requirements and meets our needs - WiFi connection is great (not that this matters to us much, but might be useful for others to know) - Unit 7 balcony has a nice view over the ocean and a functional spa bath in the ensuite
- Unit 7 was relatively old and could do with some freshening up in the rooms and kitchen - The apartment faces the street and it can get noisy at times with passing traffic - The balcony door could not be closed and gets jammed: this was mentioned when we collected the keys - Tight basement car park space for our car (Mazda CX-5), but they do have visitor parking on the street level and in front of main entrance to park your car also - The pool could be warmer. It's in full shade in the afternoon so good for children and sun safety

The view of the ocean and the recently renovated decor. Great outdoor spa & pool Heaps of cooking items, more than usual. Lots of lovely dinner plates and glasses - kitchen was very well equiped. Very comfortable lounge chairs and dinning set. Great to have a tv in both bedrooms.
Although property was close to shops & cafes there were lots of hills to walk. The allocated car park was difficult to get in and out due to being next to wall and had large station wagon car. There could have been more dishwashing soap for both sink & dishwasher (1 sachet if each only) as with a 3 night stay not worth to purchase those items from the shop. One box of tissues would have been nice however was happy to purchase and take home. The 2 single beds were newish but very very firm - bit too much for me. Suggestion to put a nice mattress topper on to make more comfy.

We had the pleasure of staying at the penthouse which had the fantastic view of the sea. The apartment was spacious and well equiped with furnitures that allowed us to just relax and enjoy the views. We were even lucky enough to spot a group of whales! We tried the heated pool which is great. Also in terms of location it is within walking distance to restsurants, icecream shop, fish&chips, and a little farther theres a saltwater pool if you dont want to swim in the open sea. If theres only one suggestion that I'd like to give, it is that it would be great if condiments eg salt,pepper etc. could be provided as this helps on days where you dont feel like eating out and just prepping easy meals especially for long-ish stays. Overall we loved our stay and would be happy to book again if we ever go back to Sunshine coast.

Great location central to Caloundra. Made it easy to get to beach, restaurants and cafes. Price was reasonable.
Apartment was tired and could have done with a spruce up - painting, new bathroom fixtures, new kitchen cabinets. Glass table top and windows needed to be wiped clean with glass cleaner. Bedroom window - glass not properly fitted to window frame ie wind whistled in Heater didn't work. Blinds on sliding door to balcony - we could not close them

Location was perfect, we could walk most places we wanted to and only needed to take our car out one time. Security is really good and the unit is very quiet probably due to the positioning of each unit in relation to each other. Not sure but maybe the unit is fitted with double galzing which helps with ambient noise. The managing people, David & Bec were terrific right from first contact and responded to any queries we had immediately. The surrounds were well maintained and parking underneath or for visitors was great. All amenities were supplied. We didn't need to bring anything other than clothes and food.
I think the bedrooms need at least ceiling fans. The aircon in the main area worked well but didn't encompass the sleeping areas. There is a spa come bathtub in the main bathroom which has a high step up to get into it. There is a 2 step plastic step provided to assist getting into the tub but being a tiled floor it didn't feel safe getting into it as it had the potential to slip.

Spacious, comfortable, clean with a large balcony overlooking the ocean which was a walk of about 100 metres. Great view from the 3rd floor balcony, cargo ships during the day and fully lit up cruise ships at night. The pool was heated and the large heated jacuzzi was wonderful. The apartment had everything you need to cook in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.
The bed was uncomfortable. Too hard and I could feel springs and the sheets were too starched.

Very clean and well presented. Secure parking. Kitchen had everything you could need for your stay. There was even a full laundry. Could see the beach from the loungeroom and balcony. Quiet and relaxing. Great value for money.
The only thing I would change would be to put a security chain on the door to the unit. Although it is a secure building, it would have made me feel safer at night as a solo traveller.

The apartment had everything we needed & a fully equipped kitchen Beds were very comfortable
The spa bath was a bit of a challenge for my partner to get in & out of He decided to use the shower in the second bathroom, which wasn't a problem We were given 5 keys A suggestion, possibly use a colour code system for the relevant keys for easier access to lift, entry to complex & the apartment It's no big deal, but it would be less frustrating than trying all the keys

I’m not permanently living there 😊 Honestly everything so was perfect but if I had to pull a negative it would be to ask the cleaner to vacuum under the main bed. Such a minor issue but all I could think of

This was our second visit to Kings Row for our yearly family holiday and it’s just the perfect spot. We love the pool and hot tub, the apartment is well equipped, comfortable, and clean. We can see the beach, and it’s located close to everything. We’ll definitely be back:)
