This was our return trip & we booked Aspect specifically because we liked it the first time. A nicely apointed spacious apartment, a comfortable king bed, easy to operate TV, well-equipped kitchen and laundry. We did not have much contact with staff as we arrived after hours but they are always nice. We love the location, one block from the main street with plenty of restaurants, shops and well-stocked IGA in one direction & one block from the beach, coastal walk and another cluster of waterfront restaurants in the opposite direction. There is a wonderful French bakery on the ground floor and an Italian restaurant, favored by locals, across the street. We did not have time to use any of the amenities but there is pool, whirlpool, tennis court, gym and sauna.

Our apartment overlooked the tennis court and, behind it, back of houses with backyards and parked cars - which was not very scenic and, when blinds/curtains were open, did not offer much privacy. It might be good to splurge on an ocenview room. But the balcony was spacious and sliding doors provided a good sound insulation. The bathroom was neat and clean but needed attention to minor details (loose tower rack, shower door hitting toilet if wide open, a few clothes hooks on the wall would help).

A well-appointed, very comfortable and spacious apartment in prime location. A huge living/dining/kitchen area with covered balcony, nice bedroom and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. One block from the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk in one direction & cafes, shops and IGA on the main street in the other direction. An easy access to the coastal walk. A fantastic bakery/patisserie on the ground floor of the building & a great Italian restaurant across the street. The resort has undercover parking, heated swimming pool, whirlpool, tennis courts and numerous semi-private seating areas. A good place to chill out with friends or family.

A minor detail: it would help to waterproof the shower door.

As per my booking we were to have 2 car spaces, we received one space and we had 2 cars. We were to have a king bed, queen bed and two singles. We received a king bed and four singles. Was told if I wanted the beds together to make a queen/king it would cost another $45. I was told this was due to booking through booking.com and was told I should have booked direct through them. However direct they do not offer free cancellation up to a certain date. Apart from this hiccup our stay was fine.

Very central to restaurants, shopping, and cinemas (< 2 minutes walk). Apartment exceptionally clean and comfortable - felt like staying in a second home. Aircon throughout ensured stay was pleasant at all hours for any activity. Aspect's amenities were better than anticipated with a generous pool, hot tub, and tennis court. All facilities excellently maintained.

Bathroom sink tap was comically small but didn't particularly take away from the experience. Some additional bin bags and tea towels would be appreciated. Televisions that could be casted to (Apple Air Play or Chrome Cast) would be excellent but not expected.

Pity we have to ask for more tea bags and sugar and dishwashing detergent. Understand that those left are a starter for occupants, but we booked 6 nights, so if it were 3 x 2 night bookings, each would have received a started pack, so what is the difference? We earlier got advised that the pool was not available, so nice stay but not all we expected in all ways

The apartment was huge and had every possible amenity. We stayed for two nights but you could easily stay for a week as there was a laundry, full kitchen and all utensils required. Views were spectacular. Ocean views and views of the Glasshouse Mountains as well as views on the other side of the building. Location was great. Close to shops and water. Didn't move the car for the whole time we were there. Garage had room for two cars and the spaces were generous and easy to park in.

We couldn't get free to air on the TV so we had to watch foxtel. (Might just be us being technologically hopeless!)

We were there for a netball tournament so the location was perfect, only 7 minutes away. We were close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets as well. The apartment was super clean and had plenty of room for the whole family. Spacious outdoor patio and a feature I absolutely loved was the covered, secure clothesline area so we could hang our washing. Kitchen had everything we needed.

The pool was closed for maintenance during our visit.

Very nice and modern, just about everything one would need. Great AC, spacious facilities for cooking and BBQ, pool area was excellent. And to top it off, there was even a Finnish sauna, which I can approve as a Finn myself. And the price was not bad at a central location. Well done!

Some dishes weren't clean and one of the ACs condensated some water on top of the soundbar next to the TV.

Positives (Heaps of them - but the key ones were as follows): - Amazing ocean views and great location (we received exactly what we expected requested). Easy walking distance to beach, shops and cafes - Spacious, extremely clean and well equipped apartment - Extremely good water pressure for showers and bath and nice and hot (perfect after a long day out). - Very quiet (couldn't hear neighbours and street noise was quiet). - Secure and safe underground car park with decent sized spaces for large vehicles - Well looked after amenities - Super Friendly and helpful staff - Easy check-in / check-out process We will definitely be back - A big Thank you to the Owners / Managers at Aspect Caloundra.

Nothing - Aspect Caloundra cannot be faulted - everything was perfect. The best VFM accommodation I have stayed in on the Sunshine Coast.

Great location, quiet, had washing machine & clothes rack. Spa & secure car park, good security. Nice apartments, with the amazing Pastry Lab downstairs!

Lack of servicing of apartment during 6 night stay, additional towels, toilet paper, toiletries, coffee/tea condiments would have been great. + beach towels for pool/beach would have been helpful.
