It was well equipped with all that you need. The kitchen was modern and everything was clean. It has a lift which makes taking up the luggage easy. We requested a sea view and there was a balcony with table and chairs with a good view of the ocean and the ships going by. The air conditioning worked well. Smart TV where we could stream YouTube or anything like Netflix after connecting the wifi provided. The proximity to the beach was great. A couple of minutes walk with some lovely cafe/restaurants within a few minutes walk with a full view of the ocean.

Location, central to all we wanted to do, ie sunrise beach/rock walks, board walk walks to Bulcock beach for sunset, swimming at ocean pool and beach. Unit was well set out with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen for easy meal making. View from the balcony of the beach. Secure car parking (car park for unit 20 is between wall and cement pole so i found backing into it was easiest option) Lift to each level great for getting bags to rooms , plus luggage trolley available. Washing machine, dryer and drying rack made for easily keeping washing from piling up.

When we first arrived to room there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke so went and got some air freshener. However over the time we were there, we realised it wasn't actually the room, the smoke smell was coming up from rooms below. A mop would be a great addition for those like me who like to wash the floor.

We booked with booking.com for a three bedroom apartment with two rooms with double beds and another room with two single beds. When we arrived the room had a queen bed and two rooms with two single beds. So it wasn't what we expected but were told it was all they had available. The room was on the top floor at the back of the complex which suffered from noise with council bin pickups as well as construction on the street behind the complex.

The resort was Very Clean, and tidy , The man at reception was just filling in for his father and new to reception however he did an excellent job helping 👏 us.Thank you. I suffer from Chronic illness bordering terminal. The temporary manager went out of his way to help my Carer and myself. I needed a quite relaxing place and so close to the beach ⛱️ l could just sit and watch the ocean from the balcony l highly recommend this place to others it's central to town village and Ocean a two minute walk. Thank you for making this Navy / Army Veterans 💜 life more enjoyable 🙏

The apartment was a little dated and could do with a refurbish. Generally needed an over all paint throught. Newer appliances fridge, Dishwasher ect needed updating.

Close to everything, easy beach access, secure parking, made to feel welcome.

The apartment was a little dirty, the skirting, and curtains need cleaning. We had an older style apartment but it suited our needs in every other way. Kitchen had everything. And was a great price. Restaurants and coffee shop nearby.

Security, location, staff and unit was very roomy.

No oven trays . Electric frying pan would not turn on. No tea towels or dish cloth. As the dishwasher did not work at the start. Toilet main room was leaking. Had trouble locking the main door (but when asked was a easy fixed when told how to). Just miner things that can be easy fixed

nothing bad to say about me and my friends staying here… only thing was the neighbours but they didn’t disturb our stay and understandable there is nothing that can be done about that but amazing and lovely as always! another thing however could be having portable fans or something to help with staying cool in the second and third bedrooms. it got very hot and muggy in there and there was only a portable heater provided, not a fan even with the windows open

Location was perfect for what I was looking for. Very secure and felt safe as I was travelling alone. The unit was very clean and had everything that I needed.

Jack hammering in the next lot of units for 2 whole days was not ideal and very noisy and disruptive. Not the fault of where I was staying but a warning to say that renovations where occuring would have gone a long way.

GREAT position with pool, with ocean views. Well appointed kitchen.

Property obviously due for a reno. Basically can’t close the bathroom door once in there. All the structural components looking a bit shabby and not in a chic way.

Affordable family holiday in a fabulous location! Would come back in a heartbeat.

The couches were extremely uncomfortable (unit 11). A few extra basics would have made life easier whilst travelling. For example more than 10ml dishwashing liquid.
