My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Kings Bay Apartments, the apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend, amazing views and close to shops restaurants and most importantly a short walk down to the local Kings Beach, in addition I also received amazing and prompt service when I requested the wifi password, within seconds actually. Unfortunately the only downfall was I happened to book us in for what turned out to be the week of unpredictable relentless rain, which just means we will have to come back again for another stay and get the full sunny coast experience to truly complement this amazing holiday destination to its fullest

Modern, clean 2 bedroom apartment. Main bed with ensuite was nice and comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets which was good in winter. Kitchen was clean and modern, very well equipped. Location was great, in walking distance to restaurants, surf club and a main street with shops, cafes.

The private rooftop was good, great views but could do with a bbq or a pot plant or two. Just a table and chairs up there. The kitchen had push magnet close drawers that sometimes would not close. No elevator, so a fair few stairs if on top floor.

Awesome value for money! Very close to the beach, just a short drive or walk. Our apartment had a huge TV, fans and aircon, proper kitchen, dishwasher, bathtub, 2 showers, washer and dryer! The beds were comfy and the linen was clean. VERY quiet! Couldn't hear other guests and once the doors were shut, couldn't hear the road either. HEATED POOL AND SPA!!! This was a really great surprise! Great little balcony for morning coffees.

My very large car didn't fit well into our allocated parking space, but the manager was very helpful and told me where else to park instead. 😀

Great accommodation with everything needed other than a lift :) Staff were very friendly and the place was super clean with very comfortable bedding

No lift wasnt a deal breaker but the stairs are very steep and my Mother has a lung disease so had i known what we were in for with the climbing I would have requested a room on a lower floor so she was still able to breath by the time we unlocked the door. As I said it was not a deal breaker though and did not put a damper on the holiday at all

The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking implements (knives, pots and pans, egg cups even), beyond the basics. The WiFi was also much stronger than other places I've stayed at Caloundra. Mark was very responsive and helpful over messages before our stay. Everything else was as described: a good base for staying near King's Beach. The pool is accessed via a gate at the side of the property. It takes about 5 minutes to walk down to the beach, and our balcony had a sea view between the buildings. You can't hear the sea though. I'd definitely consider staying again.

It would be good to provide more clothes hangers in the bedroom cupboards; we only had 2 per cupboard. Note that check out is earlier than some other places: 9.30 am rather than 10. You could also lose the scatter cushions and bedspreads in the bedrooms; potentially unhygienic and not needed.

Spacious two bedroom apartment with all the amenities for a week long holiday made our stay very enjoyable. The unit was very clean and comfortable and we would certainly stay again. Location near Kings Beach and board-walk suited us fine as senior walkers. Off-road undercover parking was convenient. Very good rate and value.

Not much to not like about this property.

The apartment was well presented, very clean and had really comfortable beds. Easy to access and the double carpark for the 3-bed apartment was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked, and 2 showers and 2 toilets was perfect for staying with friends and family.

We didn't realise that there was no air conditioning in the apartment, which we struggled with as it was sweltering during our 2 day stay. The fans just didn't cut it.

Apartment was good set out well. Liked being on same level as pool. Would have liked more of a view but otherwise close to everything we needed.

We had a good shower of rain just before we checked in and drain outside bedroom door was blocked and water was trapped. Water was close to coming in door. Otherwise no complaints.

Modern apartment, very comfortable, games to play. Easy checkin.

The top of the coffee table easily slides off. The light on the rooftop doesn’t work so we used our phone lights. Hard to park ford ranger undercover. Could provide small shampoo and conditioner and body wash.

Great view on top level. Well decorated with quality furnishings. Very comfortable and impressively squeaky clean. Having stayed in many apartments, this one exceeded expectations and was very good value as well. Highly recommend and we will return.

Nothing. It may not suit everyone to use stairs as there is no lift, but we like the exercise so not a problem to us.
