The apartment is fully self contained with everything you need for a long stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional, large fridge and oven. Air con worked amazingly well. The bathroom was large and comfortable. We loved that the apartment was only a 2 min walk to the beach and cafes and only a 5 min drive to the local grocery shops. It was within 30 min drive from all the major tourist attractions on the Sunshine Coast. Kings beach is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, this apartment was in the perfect location. The pool was a hit for the kids. The apartment was also sound proof, we barely heard any of the other residents

The pillows were really hard and uncomfortable and the wifi didn’t work very well, we ended up using our own mobile wifi, we were not able to really stream movies properly on the tv using the apartment wifi.

Managers were helpful and accommodating. The apartment was spacious and located close to shops, cafes and the beach. The apartment was well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable in the main bedroom (the bed in the second room was not as comfortable for my friend). Washer and dryer, second TV in the main bedroom, full size fridge and microwave. Kitchen was small but functional and well-equipped. Furnishings were comfortable. Good value for money and suited our purpose because of location. Aircon and fans were a bonus.

The apartment was listed on Booking.com as Superior Ocean View, however it was only partial ocean view as the apartment building is located behind other apartment buildings. We were on the 2nd floor in Unit 12 - which is listed on their website as "partial ocean view" so the ad on booking.com was a bit misleading. The apartment was noisy at times - could hear people walking around upstairs, opening and closing cupboards/drawers early in the morning, and also could hear people in the stairwell sometimes. Had to close the sliding door a couple of times due to cigarette smoke wafting in from other balconies. No lift - only stairs - however we knew this when we booked. No toilet facilities in the pool area.

My partner and I stayed for three nights, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Louise was absolutely amazing—so welcoming and helpful. When we arrived, she gave us fantastic recommendations for local places to eat and things to do. Our room was stunning—spotlessly clean with a beautiful view. We were pleasantly surprised to find cold water and ice ready for us upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. This stay exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be back. Higher recommend!

Better view than we expected. We saw whales from our balcony and even from inside many times. Nice and clean and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Our only issue was the pipes being a bit noisy during the night. took me a few nights to adjust but wouldn’t stop me booking there again. We thought not having a lift would be an issue with a family of four but it was fine. Just the initial lugging up the stairs then it was no biggie.

This was the best value accommodation in the Sunshine Coast and we were very comfortable during our 1 week stay. Located only 1 minute walk from the beach, kids playground and great fish & chip shop. The on-site pool was heated and there was a nice bbq area by the pool. In the apartment there was a dishwasher, laundry machine and dryer. You are provided with 2 x dishwasher tablets and 1 sachet of laundry powder, so if you plan to stay more than a few days you will need to restock. On-site property managers were friendly and helpful. Other great things about the apartment were updated modern bathroom, generous living area space, and a balcony with a clothes rack and pegs.

We were really happy with our stay, but just mentioning the following things that might be a factor to consider for others travelling with smaller kids: no bathtub, 2 flights of stairs (no lift), very tight parking (own single garage but need to reverse into it), a lot of the ceramic plates/mugs were chipped (did have 2 plastic cups and 1 plastic plate for kids).

Facilities were well maintained the room was clean comfortable quiet and had more in room facilities than I expected great value and location was central & walking distance to kings beach and the venue I was attending for work absolutely wonderful stay and the staff could not have been more friendlier they even offered to drop me at the bus station on check out Nadia and the team made my overnight stay in kings beach for work a delight and I will absolutely be returning for a longer stay next time! Thank you!

No complaints everything was fantastic!

The welcome we got from John was great - made us feel right at home straight away. The apartment was bright, modern and clean and had the best equipped kitchen we've ever had in a holiday rental (chopping knives that are actually sharp!). The bathroom was modern and clean, the washing and drying machines were useful, and the separate toilet was handy for a family of 4! The heated pool was a nice bonus (even in winter the kids were happy to play in it most evenings). It was perfectly located just a minute's walk to the beach and associated bars and cafes too.

Well... the view from the balcony wasn't very exciting, but we didn't pay for (or ask for) a nice view... so it was in line with what we expected. No complaints at all (we actually enjoyed having dinner on the balcony most evenings).

Nice location close to the beach, walking paths, public pool and playgrounds.

One thing I didn't like was the fact if your a non smokers you had to put up with others smoking on the balconies which drifted into the apartment so we had to have the place closed up most of the time. Pool was very strong with chlorine which ended up with my kids with sore eyes. BBQ was very outdated. Couldnt use the top balcony area as was always taken over by others having a party. Wouldn't say it's good for families with young kids

Firstly, Louise and her husband were so wonderful! We arrived with a lovely greeting from them, were advise of where to go for dinner, breakfast, walks etc and if we even just wanted to chat we could go and see them or call them at any time, they were absolutely wonderful and very accommodating for us with a baby. Secondly the location is amazing, central to everything that you could possibly need and even a busier suburb of caloundra was only a 15min walk away which was gorgeous along the boardwalk. And last but not least the apartment was great. It has everything we needed, lots of natural light, fans in every room, a gorgeous bathroom with amazing shower and a deep tub and the apartment was really clean and tidy. The pool was also wonderful with lots of seating and a nice big table and BBQ for socialising, wish we could have stayed longer to make the most of it all.

The apartment was nice and clean and came with all the essentials for cooking and cleaning. Very close to the beach, so much so that none of my 4 kids complained about the walk back to the apartment. All staff were accommodating even when we needed a light changed. The pool area was clean and very appealing.

My only two tiny things were, a frypan needs replacing and a good clean of the air vents in the bathrooms. But both things are obviously minuet.
