Beautiful apartment. Lovely modern decor. Very clean. Brilliant location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were on the 4th floor and had stunning views in both directions. Has a pool, spa and sauna. A bit old but still functional. Great for the kids. Apartment was quiet and had everything we needed. Except for screens which is noted in other reviews. We had no problems with insects but one of the bedrooms had a very low window right next to the bed so we didn’t allow the children in there. Big thanks to Barry for his hospitality and loaning me the sauna key.

Firstly, the property was in an excellent location with easy access to beach and cafes. The rooms were clean and the amenities in the property were well maintained. But the most important thing was the hospitality and the friendly property managers. They went above and beyond to help and assist. Even with the simple things like getting 2 additional stand fans which the property manager bought, assembled and placed at the property. 5 stars just for the way we were made comfortable.

If I have to pick then air conditioning in the rooms.

The room was very spacious and had heaps of room for the kids to play around,The kitchen was supplied with all cooking utensils that we needed, the view from our balcony and the kitchen window were amazing plus the breeze that came through the place. Even the rooms were spacious, and airy all with windows as well. We absolutely loved this place! The heated pool was amazing and it was like a 5minute walk to the beach. The owner was super accommodating and helpful.

There was hair in the bathroom I had to scrub the bath out before anyone could use it also our ensuite was dirty looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all and vents were full of dust need a good vacuum up in the vents And apartment was freezing they did have heater’s but didn’t heat lounge area up at all I think a big rug would make a huge difference

Great location, apartment was good just a number of issues, having a couple wet days the dryer wasn’t at its best, would stop drying almost every half hour, if you didn’t keep an eye on it, you’d be waking up to wet clothes. Also the fridge leaks, every morning there was always a puddle of water front of fridge. All the light/fan remote batteries were dead.

Excellent location with an easy walk down to beautiful King's Beach. Very friendly staff. We were there in the winter months and the aparment was well equipped with extra blankets and heaters

The pool was a little cold, but spa and sauna were great. Overall the apartments are a little tired, but their are spacious and clean and well equipped.

No air con, but in 33 degree heat surprisingly ok with the windows open to allow airflow. Great location! Tennis courts, sauna, great pool and bbq layout. Had wifi, washer and dryer, lots of kitchen utensils. Free carpark.

Unit 62 wasn’t as nice as the photos, it was more run down with not as nice furniture. Only free to air tv, but had dvd player and dvds. One of the block out blinds (west facing) didn’t wind down in the main bedroom.

Main bathroom not suitable for our 2 eighty year olds as shower over bath

The Appt accomodated our family well. Full kitchen facilities to achieve the Christmas meals.

One of the apts had a loose kitchen corner cupboard door that eventually dropped off, but staff fixed it immediately.

Magnificent views across to the water and down to Bribie. We loved how close it was to everything. The apartment was spacious with generous sized bedrooms and an excellent kitchen. Great spot for a multigenerational family to stay.
