Great location with nearby cafes and restaurants. We had a 2 bedroom with 1 double, 2 singles. Beautiful clean rooms and perfect size for parents with 2 young kids. Was also an easy walk to beach and local surf clubs. Pool was good for the kids. Great view of the beach from our room. Kitchen facilities were good for basic cooking. Off street parking was also useful (especially when it rained).

Netflix didn't work but we weren't too stressed by this as we were out of the rooms 90% of the time.

Amazing experience. Everything is at your fingertips, apartment had ocean views, clean and well presented. All in house needs were supplied, dishwashing tabs, garbage bags and toiletries. The staff of Jackie and Shelley were another level of excellence. Well done ladies.

There is nothing you would not like about this complex, close to the beach, shops and awesome eateries all in walking distance. It is quiet and relaxing and the staff take all the pressure off and offer tremendous support.

Verve was a great option for a stay while on the Sunshine Coast. Our 1 bed apartment was spacious and clean. We had a beautiful water view from our balcony as well. It's on a somewhat busy road but the bedroom is soundproofed and we slept nicely. It had ducted A/C which worked great. We used the washer & dryer during our stay which worked perfectly. Parking is in a secured carpark underneath the hotel with visitor parking in front. Reception was super friendly. It's about an 8 min walk to Cotton Tree Park & Beach while Alex Head's beach is just across the road. Location couldn't be beat in terms of access to cafés and restaurants. I wish we could have had a longer stay here!

The room was in a lovely location Sea views were beautiful. Staff were friendly. Nice clean rooms Everything was there in the kitchen for our 5 nights of cooking .

The only problem we had was We picked bad weather to go away , meaning we had to spend a lot of time on our room . We lost internet to our smart TV which we called about but staff were not very helpful. Kinda just said wait it out , which we did for 3 days with no change . No real offer to come help and fix the issue. Just wait it out is what she said . So that was kinda disappointing in a $3500 room . Small issue but having worked in accomodation myself thats not at all how I myself would have handled the situation.

The apartment was spacious with lots of windows and glass doors from both the living area and bedroom. Our apartment was at the side on the fifth floor and we had a great view of the ocean. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Your booking procedure does not cater for an employer arrangeing accomodation for an employee. We had booked and paid for the accomodation on our corporate credit card however you would not grant her access because she did not have the actual card. This happened at another site for another employee a few months ago - we will not be using booking.com again.

My elderly parents stayed overnight after some surgery. The staff were so lovely and helpful arranging check in and orienting them to the unit and car park. They were very impressed with everything and had a very comfortable stay. Access was all level through the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Very quiet overnight and a wonderful ocean view.

We have stayed at property some years ago and were pleasantly surprised to find that our experience was much the same. It’s not in the middle of shops or cafes but there are some within walking distance! It’s just a short drive to Mooloolaba and just a block away from beach. The units are of good size and clean. Parking is easy!

Very easy access to everthing. Exceptionally clean tidy and well presented apartment and building. Lots of eateries for breakfast and lunch around and a short drive / nice walk for dinner. Recommend the river at Cotton Tree

No air con in bedroom and very noisy traffic if you want to sit on the patio it night irritate you . Thats not unusual but worth mentioning.

Clean , plenty of natural light . Property well maintained -apartments roomy with quality fittings and furnishings. Parking easy , great location friendly staff .

I can’t think of anything . The weather was raining , very windy etc and I felt so lucky to have a nice apartment with wonderful views to return to and relax in
