The location was amazing, 1 minute walk to the beach that we could see from our balcony. It has two great pools that we used every day. The two bedroom apartment was the perfect size for our family of four. The apartment had everything we needed, including air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a secure carpark in the basement, which is very handy. The one thing I would say was that the apartment is a little dated, shower tap kept coming off, and although clean, it was very dusty. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others looking for a great place to stay on the Sunshine Coast.

I was really impressed with the friendliness of the Staff both reception and cleaners. the location was excellent surrounded by excellent restaurants.

There could have been some information about restaurants in the area. I loved the pool but if you didnt get there early in the morning you would have all the kids jumping into the pool. There should be a huge sign saying no jumping. Also there were little ones in the spa who kept on jumping into it. I think there should be a sign saying no kids in the spa.

Perfect location for the area, great facilities, room was very comfortable place to stay.

I did not think the room was thoroughly cleaned prior to occupying the room. I found a dead cockroach on a pillow and it was dirty. The master room floor felt sandy. I also noticed small ants in the kitchen area and they were regularly there. I also had to deal with a number of cockroaches in the main bathroom. I think the use of baits would be a good idea. I also recommend checking the glasses hanging from the glass rack - some were not clean. Finally, the advertisement of the "starter pack" could be better explained.

Our Apartment was on the 5th floor, we had 3 bedrooms, perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids. From our lounge and main bedroom we had a balcony and partial view of the ocean and swimming pool. From the main spare room with the double bed and balcony the view was 6th Ave. 3rd bedroom had 2 single beds, no balcony small window facing north. All the bedrooms had fans and aircon. We used the washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had all the necessary items we needed except for a coffee plunger. Maroochydore Surf Club was a 5min walk around the corner and MacDonalds was 5-10mins walking in the opposite direction. Beach was next to the Surf Club, lovely sandy and clean and manned. The water was nice and warm for Autumn. The rooms were lovely and clean and relaxing. Car park down stairs numbered your room number. There's a coffee shop across the road and plenty eating places walking distance. Went for dinner one night at the Surf Club, great for families, they really look after you.

No Netflix and no coffee plunger.

We found this to be a great location. This area is really taking off. More cafes have opened in the area. Short walk to several patrolled surf beaches and the calm side of cotton tree. Amazing location for kids with scooters who want to scoot or ride down to Alex headland skate park. Incredible sunset and 180 degree plus view from the room we had! Three bed 2 bath was a great size for our family of 2 adults 2 kids

Perfect family holiday in a great location! Waking up to that view every morning is heaven. Pool, spa, tennis court and BBQ facilities were perfect for family get together. Close to the beach, cotton tree, shops and great coffee and bakery. Staff at Catalina reception were lovely. We have stayed 3 years in a row, and will be back next year.

Very spacious unit. Liked the rubbish shoot and the luggage trolleys for ease of checkout. Pool was a lovely temperature, it was nice having a spa bath in unit. Our Internet was slow initially, but came right after we reset it. Great access to the beach.

Our unit could have been cleaner, someone's toothbrush was under the bedroom drawers, bit of grime etc around bathroom taps. Was mindful of toilet paper use as were only "allowed" two rolls for the whole stay and floor needed a proper vacuum. Comfortable enough though could use an update/revamp

Central locality. Wish I’d asked for a room a little it higher up. We were on Level 3.

We weren’t happy with the cleaning done after 7 days. The table hadn’t been wiped down, the bathroom taps weren’t wiped, the kitchen and both bathroom floors were still VERY wet and we had to mop them ourselves. Otherwise we were happy with our accommodation.

location and view was great. The pools, Tennis court and facilities were fantastic

Most things were pretty good. The Air Conditioner on the balcony could have been raised more or directed away as it made sitting out there with the hot air blowing on you uncomfortable and balcony area not really useable

View of beach was excellent. Coffee shops and other shops nearby, however need to use vehicle to eat at better reastaurants. The resort is few minutes walk away from the Maroochy Life Saving Club and the beach was clean. If you travel there with a large ute, manoeuvring around a full carpark can be a challenge. Overall we enjoyed the facility.

The apartment can do with a slight upgrade, The underground carpark was definitely a challenge when full.
