Brilliant location; beach 2 minutes walk one way and shops 2 minutes walk the other. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The on-site manager was also very quick to respond when we had a wee problem.

Being so close to the beach meant a bit more noise than I anticipated and I think the odd cleaning job was overlooked (eg.shutter slats). Not anything to stop me going back though.

Location, right next to beach. So much space 2 bedroom (3 beds)/2 bath. Large living room/balcony. Master bed was SUPER comfy! Fully supplied kitchen. Easy bus for getting around town. Several restaurants and small grocery within 1 mile walk. Excellent communication with host/Pim. Wealth of info on area and restaurants!

The pool.... was a little too green looking for me. But you have an entire ocean and beach to visit! 🏖️ Lights in the living area are too bright for evening TV watching, a small lamp would be nice.

Loved the decor and furnishings. The apartment was very well equipped, very comfortable and relaxing. Location was perfect for us. We had a truly wonderful stay.

The only drawback of a low-rise meant no lift for my elderly mother but she managed well enough. The garage space was a bit tight and there weren't any available car parks. It didn't bother us very much.

Pim the property manager was superb! Customer service focused, responsive, and attentive to all of our requests. The could not have been better. Half block from the beach, but quite and comfortable. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and coffee.

Having a parking garage was really great, but it is a bit tight and a squeeze for larger vehicles.

The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. Near shops, beach, Surf Club, Bowls Club, weekend markets and restaurants. Grandchildren (teenagers)felt safe to go places on their own. Lock up garage for 1 car Loads of street parking just outside the complex. Loved the location. Close to the lovely small shopping centre of Cotton Tree with all that we needed. The beach just a few steps away. Great for sunrise walks and an early morning coffee at the little kiosk or a swim. Location was quiet away from main roads. We really enjoyed our stay at our Coral Sea Apartment which was well equiped, spacious and comfortable. We were well looked after by Pim, and would certainly return.

The location is tops! Close to beach, shops, cafes. Pim the owner is attentive and helpful and cheerful. Very welcoming. The apartment is very light and bright and our one (20) had a beach view. The kitchen is well set up. We didn't mind the stairs. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Nice having a bath.

The place is quite tired and needs some revamping. The bathrooms especially are showing their age, especially bath and shower surrounds. The wifi and internet connections are hopeless. If you need to keep in touch with work or family this is not the place to stay.

Perfect location walking distance to Maroochydore beach and Cotton Tree. Well maintained 3 bedroom unit. Well stocked kitchen and air-conditioned. Onsite manager was exceptionally accommodating and we were very grateful for an early check in with our four month old.

Great location, the apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped for our needs. Lock up garage and lots of on street parking. Host was super friendly and helpful.

Close to beach and surf club. One street back from the beach. Plenty of parking. Large TV, balcolny.

The internet connectivity page uses an old Netcomm connection page which most modern browsers see as a security risk and will not connect to. This made it difficult to connect with. The Wi-Fi details are not listed in the apartment and I had to follow up the next day to get them. Small issue - we arrived late and were looking forward to a cuppa, while teabags, sugar and coffee sachets were provided - no small milk or starter milk was provided. Please be aware there are no lifts and four floors- may be challenging for some people with luggage.
