Location was really great. Close to the Cotton Tree beach, dining options, takeaway options, two Shopping centres. The three bedroom apartment in general was perfect for our family midweek getaway. The kitchen and open-plan dining and lounge area was were we spent most of our time, preparing good food, playing games, and hanging out during the rainiest weather we'd had on the Coast for weeks. We made use of the swimming pool (in the rain), the sauna, spa, and the steam room was a big hit. Overall, we were happy with our stay. But are unlikely to stay again because of how firm all the beds were.

The beds could have had soft toppers or plush mattress protectors. Two nights was bearable but we all found the beds uncomfortable.

Great location, the view was amazing. Wish we had been on a higher floor, my fault for not requesting it. Very comfortable couch and recliners in the living room and also the beds. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Big TVs in both bedrooms. The unit was very clean, the cleaners do a great job.

Our internet wasn’t working the first day we arrived and there was no staff as the office closes early at 2pm. This meant we couldn’t use Netflix or work on our laptops. But the next day they got someone in straight away to fix it. The living room needed a lamp for soft lighting at night, we just used one from the bedroom. The blankets are looking pretty ratty, but were warm.

Very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Easy to park. warm welcome at reception. Location is perfect for a beachside break but also to access restaurants, shops etc. Excellent in almost every way.

The nights we stayed were very hot and humid and although the bedrooms had fans, the air con in the main lounge area was not effective in cooling down the bedrooms. the night-time temperatures remained high so although the beds were comfortable, we all passed a sticky hot night even with fans on. they just seemed to blow the hot air around. we will stay again but not in high summer.

The view from the room was fantastic, high enough that privacy was never a concern and central enough to everything that walking everywhere was possible

The apartment we stayed in was more tech-savvy than we were used to. A user guide or something specific to that apartment would have made figuring out all the apartment lights/fans/kitchen appliances etc a little easier. It wasn’t necessarily the end of the world or anything for us but I can imagine if older guests were to stay there, they might find it especially difficult.

Great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants, excellent views of the ocean and river. Good pool area although tiles are a bit slippery. Loved the fast lifts, all too often the lifts are slow and take a long time to arrive. The unit was a generous size and had everything we needed.

Had to be careful around the pool as the tiles were quite slippery when wet which was most of the time. The carpark could be a bit tight particularly with a large vehicle.

It was very spacious appartment with everything close to shops and the beach walking distance for everything we needed

The one thing the appartment had no tea towels which was a disappointment we had to go buy some plus we where there for 6 nights with only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom

Outstanding location & superb view. Very comfortable beds with crisp linens. Lounge and dining areas ideal for family vacation.

Double the quantity of the basic supplies would be appreciated. Having to buy salt, pepper, tea, coffee and toilet paper was a nuisance, although we expected to buy other groceries. When picking up dropped puzzle pieces we noticed the lounges needed a vacuum underneath. The sauna did not seem to be working.

the view was beautiful, room really clean and tidy. It contained everything that we needed, would definitely come back again for a holiday in the area.

Perhaps some more local information in the room (websites / restaurants etc). There was a singular air conditioner in the main dining area but it did not cool down the whole unit. Air Cons to each bedroom would be amazing.

The apartment was very spacious i was not expecting it to be as big as it was, the staff were friendly, it had great ocean views/ocean breeze, good location, only afew minutes walk to the beach and shops, it is good value for money for what I paid. Would happily stay again 🙂

The underground parking is small & narrow and isn't suited to large utes or family cars, the jets in the spa were abit much after awhile they need turning down.

The apartment was huge and the amenities were in abundance

The house policy that all dishes must be done and put away caused us some stress at checkout time. As two families with small children to get ready, adding breakfast dishes on top of everything else we had to do to get ready to check out. Surely the dishwasher loaded and turned on should be sufficient. I did notice that some of the dishes in the pantry were dirty when we checked in, perhaps due to this policy as staff clearly aren't checking the dishes.
